Yeah, this week has really been a pain. Looks like the carbs are winning this week. Do-overs for the weekend. YOu must have too much going on and need the rest. Take care of yourself!

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Wow! Great protein numbers. I hope you're getting plenty of water, cuz those numbers are off the charts! I'm thinking all these days of low low calories with your activity and swimming, you have got to be dropping pounds!

Keep up the good work. See ya.

LOL! That's a GREAT problem. Just take it in on the sides. I did that just the other day with a pair of jeans...Just a half inch up each side and that did it. I wore them today.

Good Morning, Dawn.
Yesterday was a busy day for me! I was asked to speak at a health fair tomorrow about my experiance with obesity and gastric bypass so I took the day off yesterday to finsish getting ready for it. I had to go shopping for clothes and I HATE clothes shopping now!
Later, my neice and nephew came over and spent the night with me and my daughter.

B~ Boiled egg & EAS RTD Protein shake

S~ Beef jerky

L~ 1 slice of thin crust pizza ( ham, sausage and red onion) and 3 hot wings

S~ EAS RTD Protein shake

D~ 1 slice of thin crust pizza and 3 hot wings

S~ Carb/sugar control yogurt & 2 strawberries

I remember post op, I would actually eat 3 or 4 slices of regular crust pizza and way more wings than what I ate last night.  Last night, I was satisfied with one slice. I love my RNY! LOL

You'll have so much to share at the health fair...That's exciting!

I know. I used to eat an acre of pizza just because I could. not because it tasted fabulous or anything but just because it was there...what a waste is that? Now I can eat a whole lot less and it tastes much better..if that makes sense!?

I bet you ROCK the health fair...Way to go. See ya.
