Thanks. I actually need to be holding ... no more fat to lose... but ... I wish I can gain some muscles... but this is not happening this or next week since I am still recovering from Breast L and I just sprained (badly) my ankle so next 2 weeks - no exercises except abdominal crunches and some legs lifts... darn that

I read, but need to start posting my daily intake here. I am a regainer on the downlow. I start ww tomorrow, but have been exercising like a madwoman and writing everything i eat down. What i realize, i eat too much, i eat food for tatse and not nutritional value. I am down 1.8 lbs this week.

Good for you! It's always a real eye opener when you start writing down what you eat all day..I don't waste stomach space on stuff I don't think tastes fabulous. If it's less than fabulous, I'm not eating it...it's the amount of it that I have to watch. I can't eat as much as I used to when I used to eat just tons of food...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
