9:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 2 carrot sticks with onion dip (this isn't counted on my totals)
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry Soother
12:15 pm 1TJ Chicken Patty Sandwich, 1 slice Provolone, 2 rounds of whole wheat tortilla (cut to fit, 12.5 sq inch) and 1 T mayo
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:10 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 nectarine
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange
6:00 pm 4 oz bass fillet, zucchini and cheese (baked on the grill)

A thought:. If the lunch was a snack and the dinner your lunch then the snack after dinner another snack, then the cheese and crackers your dinner...you really didn't do too much damage at all. LOL. Just another way to look at it. The girls at work complain to me all the time that my "meals" amount to little more than a snack to them..I say that my breakfast is a second breakfast on the weekends but after that second breakfast, I'm not eating again until about 2 pm. That's usually four hours that one meal lasts me, with lots of water.
You're doing really good, even if you don't think you're doing all that good..It's still not much at all.

The nice man at the pool yesterday wasn't there today. I hope he is ok. He doesn't realize it but he inspired many people today. I counted up the carbs in the general diet I was trying to lose with and there were 250 carbs and 102 proteins and 1650 calories. No wonder I was so hungry all the time! You do so well every day!
B: 1/2 c egg beaters and a slice of fat free cheese
L: 2 oz chicken and roast veges:asparagus 10, green beans 10, 1/2 c mushrooms, 1/2 red pepper
S: 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese before swimming.
D: 3 oz chicken breast, huge lettuce salad with 1/2 c mushrooms
S: pure protein bar 17 gms of carbs and 20 gms of protein but they seem to be ok.

You did really good with Wednesday. Great numbers. Even that protein bar wasn't bad. I hope it didn't cause problems with your sugar. Protein bars cause me really bad gas because of the sugar alcohols but so long as I only eat them at the end of the day, the only ones I offend are my family and they...have learned to get used to it. LOL.
I hope things are looking up for you. See if you can find out about that man and check on him. It looks like alot of people were concerned.

Yesterday I had a good eating day til last night. The snack monster took over my body!! LOL
It's that time of the month so I wanted soemthing sweet all day. After looking up the calories of what I ate, I hate that I gave in! Anyway, today's a good day
B: Ham & Cheese grits
S: Protein shake
L: 1 Cup of Chili & 1/2 a grilled cheese sammy
S: Carb/Sugar Control Yogurt & 2 big strawberries
D: Smart Ones frozen dinner
S: 100 calorie Special K cereal on the go
S: 1 oatmeal and raisin cookie then ANOTHER cookie
Both unplanned snacks! I should of had my planned fruit and yogurt!

Otherwise, your numbers were fine. Your totals could handle that detour for a short change..You did good. No need to truly repent over two cookies, I figure. Now if you have a dozen or two every night for a month, I think that might be a problem.

Been running around doing all the last minute straightening up before the family starts arriving this afternoon...Wednesday was good, stayed on target pretty much, got to the gym one more time before being sucked into the "doing the family" thing ( don't know that I'll get any official exercise for the next 5 days, so will need to be on my P & Q's about what I choose to eat )
On to the food:
B - strawberry - banana protein shake
S - coffee with carb countdown and a slice of SF apricot cheesecake
L - lrg rotisserie chicken thigh
S - 5 espresso beans & 2 dk chocolate covered pecans
D - 1/2 a grilled cheese sammi with double the cheese, 5 seasoned fries with a squirt of curry
catsup and about 1/2c cukes and carrots dipped in a little ranch
