Whew...one more day till the weekend. I am SO ready!


5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 4 large strawberries
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (it's cold this morning!)
10:00 am 1 oz Mozzarella cheese stick (no deli meat, darn it!)
11:30 am 1 medium nectarine
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
12:30 pm 1 T Reduced Fat peanut butter (eaten on a spoon!) 
1:25 pm 1/2 cup spaghetti squash, 1/2 cup homemade chili con carne, 4 oz chicken breast roasted (I so love my pre-measured stuff!) 
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange

6:30 pm 6 oz from pork spare ribs, 1 cup of cucumber salad

Admittedly, I need more carbs. Maybe an apple later? Not sure.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1502
Fat: 71.3
Carbs: 95.0
Protein: 125.9

One bottle short on water and my protein percentage is WAY high today. Maybe a nice cup of tea is in order, at least more water.

How did you do today? Whatever you did today, it's done and in the books. Tomorrow is another day! I found this in a training manual today:

Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can.   Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.   This day is all that is good and fair. It is too dear, with it's hopes and invitations, to waste a moment on the yesterdays.

I'm also ready to get this week over with! Today was a good day. I got up early and took a walk with my dog, minnie, then did some things around the house.

My good eats..

Early AM: Medium SF Iced Coffee from mcdonalds

B: Special K protein cereal w/ strawberries & FF calorie countdown milk

S: Bryers Light Yogurt & 3 strawberries

L: Smart Ones frozen dinner

S: Boiled egg

D: Whole wheat pasta w/ artickoke, asparagus, chicken breast and a little alfredo sauce

S: Protein shake


A little under my 1200 calorie limit but I'm satisfied so I'm leaving it alone.

Isn't it nice to have a dog to have to walk? Mine are self walking so I have to be more pro-active to take a walk with them..LOL.

Mmmmm, peanut butter right off the spoon, possibly my fav way to eat pb  except possibly eating if right off a spoon made entirely out of dark chocolate

Thursday went OK, numbers were looking great until right at the end of the night, I had these 2 goodie "cookies" in my frig for weeks now, broke down and ate both about an hour before bed...Will do an extra bit on running on the tread tonight to make up for the slurge...

Tried a new thing on Thursday, usually put butter on my toasted bread but thought, hmmm, that laughing cow cheese spreads just like butter, has a 1/3 of the cals in just a little taste of butter and protein too...It was REALLY tasty, will definately be doing this option again...

B - strawberry banana protein shake

S - coffee with low carb milk

S2 - hb egg & the 12grain toast with laughing cow

L - nutrisystem microwave protein cake with an extra tbsp of pb added in

S - protein coffee

D - turkey burger topped with melty colby jack, avocado slices and 2 tbsp salsa ( yummo,
        repeating for lunch again today ) , 3 NSA bread and butter pickle spears and 4 cheetos

S - 2 ritz pb crackers dipped in white chocolate

Water/Crystal lite - 118 oz                         Cals - 1508     Fat - 76     NetCarbs - 89     Protein - 115
