Not bad. Protein is actually 31% and that's close enough to 30% for me. I got five bottles of water. That covers it. Oh the steaks I picked out are SO good...I'm happy with the day. Tomorrow I can do even better!

How did you do? Keep after it. The sailing sometimes is tough going against the wind but keep your course and things will happen!

It took me all freaking day but I ate and ate on a big mac till I got it gone. Weight sucks. Tired of everything being about weight. Going to GNC today and tell them to hook me up with some **** that will put some weight on my ass! I guess you can see I am not in a good mood lol,,,,,,

Hey hottmamma
I say we go to a transplant surgeon and let him give you a piece of my butt.  Seriously why not try my nuts diet.  I can only stay on it for a few days because it is high healthy carb and small volume.  I get so hungry I eat more.
three meals of:
2 oz of protein
1/2 c starch (potato, rice or pasta) or a slice of bread
small veges if you have room
sf pudding 1/2 c or a small cookie

in between drink a sugar free instant breakfast in a cup of milk three times a day.

The carbs will bring up your appetite and you will be hungry for more food.

I wish I had butt to donate too! Just flabby ol skin but I'd had donated a bunch before surgery!

I hope GNC has something for you. Good bulk shakes would be good. I know wrestlers do that. I had a friend who was  a wrestler and he used that to bulk up. It's sort of temporary so you'll have to increase your eating anyway but it's worth a shot!

I can not believe it has been 8 days of under 1000 calories!  Why oh why didn't I try this sooner

Today I went for fasting blood work in the morning and a 10:30 mamogram.  I NEVER could have made it through the mammogram following my old diet.  Today breadfast wasn't until 11:30!

B: McDouble without the bun.  I have read that people do this so I tried it rather than a protein bar.  Held me over forever.  No blood sugar crash....no hunger!
L: 2 oz chicken and celery cooked in water to make soup
S: 2 oz chicken
D: chicken brat and romaine
S; 2 oz chicken and spinach
tons of water, coffee, decaf
multivitamin and calcium citrate

766 calories

I can't believe this is working so well!!!

I am going up to Point Beach state forrest tonight so I will be back Sunday night.

I got the idea to wrap my burger in lettuce from all the thought about Celiac. Our friend and my aunt and cousin and when they were testing me for it, it sure seemed like it was inevitable...But I like it now.

I'm so glad it's working for you! A protein bar "lasts me" about an hour at the most.

Good list and WOW! just a couple of calories! Keep up plenty of water! Good job. See ya.

I hadn't thought of that.  Chinese restaurants serve appetizers ...lettuce wraps!

I like lunch meat and cheese rolled in a large leaf of romain as a wrap, been doing it since the beginning chewing days post-op...Had to think of some way to avoid the bread carbs and this worked will...
