Accountability - Sunday
You keep working on ALL your vitamins. Very important stuff but I can certainly understand. I'm sitting here with two extra calciums that I shorted myself over this weekend. I'm a fine one to talk! LOL.
We all need alittle jammie time from time to time. This morning was especially stressful for me. I just want to take my throbbing headache home and hide under the bed but it's not happening today. LOL. I'll be fine. I'll go to bed early and curl up with a book or something and tell my dog to bite anyone who comes near me (that's not happening either...Peppy loves everyone!)
I was thinking Saturday I should have skipped the burger and had just french fries with chili and cheese over them...sounds yummy and carb packed. With Zumba for an hour, you must burn all the calories you're taking in and then some, I have to figure.
