Wow. What a week...My co-worker will be back on Monday and then the fun begins. Deadlines till the 12th...Such is working in the Fiscal Department for a school district. Woo Hoo?

List for the day:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:45 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 1/2 cup applesauce
7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
8:40 am 1 medium orange
9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical
10:00 am 4 oz imitation crab meat and 1 cup cucumber salad
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Caffeinated
3:00 pm 1 hardboiled egg
3:30 pm 1/4 of that protein microwave cake I made some days ago and 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry

6:00 pm 4 oz pork chop, grilled. 1/4 of a grilled zucchini and a bite of baked potato.

Protein: 92.9

I'm so stuffed...I don't think I can eat more but maybe a snack before bed. maybe.

Hello Dawn. I'm sooo happy that it's Friday! 
Yesterday was crazy busy at work and today was too slow. I feel like I've been here for 20 hours.

My good eats...

Breakfast: (My new favorite breakfast)
NSA Oatmeal w/ 4 oz calorie countdown milk
2 Strips of Turkey bacon

Snack: 
Protein shake

Lunch: 
1 Cup of Chili w/ cheese
1 small peice of garlic bread

Snack: 
1 Mini cupcake.. 2 birthday's at work.

Dinner: 
1 Skinless Baked chicken thigh
1/2 c. of collard greens

Snack: 
Light Bryers yogurt

HI to all,

I too am glad to see the back end of the week and on to the weekend...Getting ready to head out to run Saturday morning errands then home to start on the yard...Sun is going to be out all day today, tomorrow is iffy, so I might switch up my dinners since I was planning to grill out tomorrow...

Friday's Food :

B - strawberry and banana protein shake

S1 - homemade coffeehouse style coffee

S2 - protein coffee

S3 - 1 peppermint and 5 expresso dk choc beans

L -  4oz rotisserie chicken topped with 1 oz shredded cheddar and 3 tbsp of artichoke/garlic 
        salsa & 4 club crackers

S1 - 7 smoked almonds

S2 - 2 tbsp peanut butter (right out of the jar and licked off the spoon, caved to the craving  but
          it was REALLY good )

D - 2 hot winglettes, 2 oz grilled hamberger w/onions and 5 french fries

S - bite of homemade trail mix

Water/tea/crystal lite - 138 oz             Cals - 1326     Fat - 68     NetCarbs - 43     Protein - 124

Looks like I ate a ton cuz I was obviously putting something in my mouth all day, however, all the morning stuff was basically liquids so never really got that full feeling that food gives you until lunch...

Yeah, you ate a litte bit all day long..Remember when eating all day long involved a half dozen thousand calories? 6000 calories was NOTHING when I was grazing pre-surgery...
