5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:45 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 4 large strawberries
7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
9:35 am 1 medium apple and 1 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
9:50 am 2 pc Sugar Free Black Licorice (OMG...this is good stuff. 7 pc is a serving)
10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Cherry Pomegranate
12:15 pm 1/2 chicken quesadilla, 1/4 cup spanish rice, 1/4 cup refried beans and cheese (I hurt after eating this for over an hour!)
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated (had to wake up from the carb coma)
3:25 pm 1 hardboiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
5:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink something. LOL
6:15 pm 4 oz chicken breast cooked in ragu spaghetti sauce over a 1/2 cup of couscous..this was yummy! Very Very Filling but yummy.

S-angel food cake, strawberries and squirt of reddi whip
S-pack of 90 cal special K crackers and 2 light laughing cow triangles
D,teriyaki chicken, salad and 1/4 C rice
S-not sure yet but I will probably have something probably strawberries
Not a running day today, ran yesterday and desk surfed all day today. Department of health is coming on Monday. Hope everyone had a great day! I am ready for the weekend it is in the high 70's to low 80's today and for the next several days.

Nice list. I'm gonna have to get some of those WW breakfast sammies..Give it a try when I just can't take another bowl of oatmeal.

OMG, work was crazy busy today! Only an hour to do and i'm gonna run out of this place!
I didn't have time to do fitday today but I had a good eating day. I stuck to my planned menu!
My good eats...
Breakfast:
1 pack of NSA oatmeal
3 strips of turkey bacon
Snack:
EAS RTD protein shake
Lunch:
Smart Ones
1/2 c. collard greens
Snack:
Carb/Sugar control yogurt
Dinner:
Tyson ready steak strips, onions, peppers, Shrimp .. sauteed all together. yum!
Garden salad w/ lots of raw veggies & FF italian dressing
Snack:
Power crunch bar
PS: your dinner sounds delish!!
I found ragu in small jars at walmart marked down to $.50 so I had to. As I pulled them out of the bag, explaining to dh what I could do with them I suddenly thought "Chicken Cacatore" Yum.

I didn't do so good. The weather around here has been so bad. Rain and more rain and dark and gloomy. When I am depressed I don't do so good on the eating.
2:00 went to hardees and got a little thick burger and a diet soda. Well the soda killed me. I got one last week and it did fine. And I didn't even eat 1/2 of my little burger. And I had about 3 cups of coffee and got in lots of water. Thats all for the day. Weight is now under 100 again. If it would just stop this freaking rain. Going on 5 to 6 days of rain now.

That's a very real issue. My grandmother used to make us kids go out and play when the sun was shining even if it was 20 below zero (in Montana) because, in her mind, Cabin Fever was a real illness and definitely caused depression. That sunshine is VITAL to our mental health. That's why there are so many mental hospitals in Washington State...not enough sunshine.
Maybe you need to get some sun lamps. I know they do that in Washington and Montana because of the long winters.
Do what you can and try and work through it. Rain can't last forever even if it feels like it. I'd send you some sunshine if I could! We have plenty.

Hope everyone is doing great, really looking forward to the weekend, no rain predicted, will not be tooo blazing hot and I plan to work out in the yard both Saturday and Sunday in the morning time and hopefully a bike ride out into the country on Sunday afternoon, wooo whoo...
Hey Dawn, you dinner sounds good, great price on the Ragu is it their no sugar added kind? Since you like couscous I was wondering if you ever tried quinoa, same size and texture as the couscous but better fiber and protein bang for your carb buck...

B - my version of a reeses pb cub protein shake
S1 - homemade coffeehouse style coffee
S2 - 4 oz cottage cheese with 1 tbsp sf strawberry jelly mixed in and 1/4 c tvp on top (mmm,
crunchy )
S3 - another homemade coffee drink
L - 4 oz rotisserie chicken topped with 1 oz shredded cheddar and 3 tbsp artichoke garlic salsa
( zapped until all melty together, so good I'm repeating again today for lunch )
D - grande starbucks sf nf cinnamon caramel latte, 1 sugar cookie and a couple bites of red
velvet cake ( probably about 1/2 a cupcake amount )
Water/Crystal lite - 130 oz Cals - 1255 F - 45 NetCarbs - 80 Protein - 119
Had a hair appt right at dinner time, so skewed up my daytime feeding schedule so I would be full until later in the evening, then tagged the protein in thru my latte...Not the best plan to follow but it worked out OK and kept the munchies at bay...
