!!! What a day! I corrected the bounced check. Actually ASKED Them to bounce the stupid thing because I'm out a whole lot more money if it goes through. They won't credit me or give it back so...bounce that sucker.

I had to go over and get a new birthcertificate for my son because my files are so far behind in being put away that I couldn't find his birth certificate to save me last night. I thought they wanted it today but they said they'd have to set me an appointment for tomorrow...I had more time to look for it. Oh well. I did have time to go through the files this evening and actually found his shot record too...LOL. Not too organized. Too much going on in my mind lately.

Eats for today:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 4 large strawberries
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
10:45 am 1/2 cup corned beef, 1 slice provolone cheese, 1 medium flour tortilla
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
12:30 pm 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 T SF Strawberry Preserves, 7 medium strawberries, 1 oz cream cheese
1:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Sobe Tropical

6:30 pm 3 oz tilapia, 13 greenbeans, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with butter buds.

I don't know what happened after 1 pm...no snacks. I just wasn't hungry, I guess.

Totals for the day: 
Calories: 1382
Fat: 54.9
Carbs: 112.9
Protein: 115.2

Not bad. Protein is down but should be further down. My real goal is to keep my protein down to 30% and it was 34%...I should have increased my carbs in the afternoon but I was already sleepy..carbs would have caused a coma. LOL. I'm thinking another container of water as I go through more files and find more stuff that needs to be organized..

Hello Dawn and everyone else!! 
I had a nice and calm day. I got up early to take Kristina to school. On the way back, I stopped by the grocery store for a few things then I came  back home to wash a load of whites then chilled out til work at 3.

My good eats...

Breakfast:
Protein shake

Snack: 
Beef Jerky
3 big watermelon chunks

Lunch:
1/2 a roast beef sammy w/ cheese, lettuce and FF mayo 
1.5 Cups of Progresso light french onion soup
(This soup was very, very good. Only 50 calories per serving and 8 carbs!)

Snack:
 SF Choclate pudding cup
 3 strawberries

Dinner:
 Whole wheat, low carb pita suffed with...
Taco seasoned ground beef, lettuce, cheese, light sour cream & salsa

Snack:  
celery sticks, cucumbers, baby carrots 
1.5 tbsp. of Light ranch

I love Progresso soup. During the summer they always have sales on that but soup isn't eaten during the summer...It's a cool weather thing and the weather here is already too warm for that.

Awesome stuff on your list today. I made cucumber salad and that is the BOMB for the warm weather. Second only to cool veggies and ranch to dip it in..YUM.

It's HOT as heck here too. My mom things I'm crazy because I like soup and chili in the summer. I work in a hospital and it's FREEZING in there.

I know what you mean. They have the air set so low here that most times I need a sweater. It's 110 outside and I'm carrying a sweater! LOL.

Man I love it when the week starts from a 3 day weekend, the next 4 days just fly by between the shorter week and being busy catching up from losing a day...Its almost the weekend again and I'm planning my scheduling ahead...Just 2 weeks to HS graduation, a boatload of people at the house, an after grad party to plan and just getting my house and yard in order before the hoards descind is on my plan basically everyday until the 1st on the guest arrive on June 10th...

Feel good about my food choices for yesterday, also managed to plan todays too, so I can do better at keeping on plan  ( usually stand in front of the fridge the day of thinking about what to take for lunch and snacks )

B - Starbucks venti triple nf sf almond roca latte

S1 - 1 hb egg & 1 oz slice of muenster cheese

S2 - homemade coffeehouse style coffee

L - 4 oz rotisserie chicken breast, 1sm  whole sliced beefsteak tomato & 1 serv of cheez doodles

S - 1 sausage link

D - strawberry and banana protein shake

Water/crystal lite - 110 oz                     Cals - 1223     Fat - 52     NetCarbs - 72     Protein - 106
