I'm sorry you had a bad day. You have been so nice to me I wish I could make it all better for you. I look at your picture and have always thought you have the perfect life with no problems. Shows me that some time we all have problems.

I know...I believed all that crap in the fairy tales about "happily ever after..." but, life just doesn't contain that page, I guess. Thanks. I just have to remember how good God has been to me and it's better. I can have peace in any sort of storm...with momentary lapses..LOL. Your posts remind me of how good things really are and how I have no right to complain..

You did good with the salad and deli meat. Now if that coffee had milk in it, that's cool too. I figure I'm probably not actually lactose intolerant anymore but I don't want to take any chances. I use soy milk now. I do use those creamers when I have coffee at restaurants. If I was lactose intolerant, I think that would cause me to be ill but it doesn't. I think if they told me I couldn't drink coffee anymore...i'd be devasted..I gave up sugar, white carbs, sodas...but I just can NOT give up my coffee..

go throw rocks at the squirrels for me! LOL. See ya.

I have so much admiration for your lists...I'm cleaning out the fridge too. I will have corned beef tomorrow because it's the LAST 1/2 cup of corned beef left from when we had it last week...all the veggies are gone (gave those to the dogs). alittle mustard, muenster cheese (or swiss) and a flour tortilla...call it lunch tomorrow. LOL.

Great list, awesome numbers..Keep up the good work. See ya.

No exercise as i worked all day, took DD for haircut( she hated it, cried is putting it mildly), took DD to get manicure and pedicure for her birthday, then to Jusice for girls to return an out fit from hr aunt that did not fit and then to safeway to pick out cupcakes for her class. We just got home before 8. We just finished some research for her report on seals; they expect alot from third graders these days!
I have been able to get some good runs in this week; every other day we have run for 40 minutes. We are doing a 10K on June 7th. I love my running group and am so fortunate to have them, I would never have stuck with this on my own; I actually look forward to running! Not even imagineable 5 years ago! I am rambling; have a good night!

I so understand your dd's bad hair day. I hate getting my hair done because it's never how I think it should look. MY hair just doesn't cooperate. And she's nine! How cute. Having lived through 3 daughters I have no advice for you. None. LOL. But I'm sure glad it's over for me. My teenage son is my last child and that's cool with me.

You did good. The exercise is just icing on the cake..You are so good with the running schedule. Good luck on the 7th..You'll do awesome.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Happy Birthday to dh! I'll be 51 this year. I can totally relate. LOL. I'm stuck on provolone today! muenster yesterday.
