unfilled for 4 mo.

I became very ill in Feb. with hemoragic colitis. My surgeon unfilled my band so I could recover.  I lost 30 lbs while I was sick, I have gained 13-15 lbs back. - If I can loose 10 of the pounds, I will be at goal. I broke all the rules, and ate anything and everything because I had stopped eating.  Now, it is time to get back to business, I have a fill scheduled tomorrow.  I have to go back to the band rules. The only rule I didn't break was soft drinks.  Any one else out there gone through this? Any hints?
