low Iron

hi I went to dr & the dr told me to order Optisource off line it seems to help a little, have not took blood wrk yet want to wait some to get it in my system,but it is for bariartric ppl it helps you absorb it better it is good chewables you might want to try it ? best of luck I know how you feel :)
