Accountability - Friday
Well this week is over. I'm having issues with my stomach..It sort of feels funny after eat something...or drink something.
List for the day;
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, 3 large strawberries chopped
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
9:00 am 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Grape
10:40 am 1/2 chicken quesadilla (from the other day lunch)
11:15 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Grape
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Splash
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Whey Protein, Chocolate
2:30 pm 24 oz Water...no drink mix
4:10 pm 1 hardboiled egg with a dash of salt
4:40 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
5:30 pm 1 cup homemade chili with sour cream
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1162
Fat: 41.5
Carbs: 95.3
Protein: 99.0
Yikes. The stomach problem is making it hard to eat much at all...Not sure what to do..

I am sorry your tummy is upset. I usually try peppermint tea and ritz crackers to settle mine down. I know they are not good carbs but once in a while should not hurt. Does any thing make it better or worse? have you had this before?

I do feel better today. I planned to stay away from coffee and caffeine for the day but remembered this all started with the popcorn on Thursday. Maybe a scratch? So I did do some serious snacking last night: yogurt, cottage cheese and sf preserves and raw strawberries...I'm also thinking that yogurt might be just the ticket for a while..
Your list looks good! When I see stuff like black bean soup and salmon...those things end up in my list later in the week. That's why I love reading the lists...gives me tons of ideas.
But now I'm sure off of popcorn for a while..LOL.

Well I did have my off eating day as planned. Pot luck at work then out with co workers when I got off.
Breakfast:
Protein shake
I worked from 7 am and 7 pm so this is what I had in a 12 hour shift...
1/2 cup of chicken lo mein
4 baked hot wings
3 baby carrots dipped in light ranch
4 corn tortilia chips dipped in spinach dip
4 slices of pepperoni
4 wheat thins
4 cheese cubes
4 large boiled shrimp
1 peanut butter cookie
After work:
2 ultra light beers
1/2 a BBQ beef sandwitch
The GRAND total for my "off" day...

I think I'm narrowing it down. It started after the microwave popcorn on Thursday...Maybe a scratch? Cold water seems to make it feel bad...warm doesn't as much. Food sometimes..I'm still working on what it could be. Not ulcer material cuz it's got other symptoms...I'll narrow it down.

Oh I know..."all out" preop is a WHOLE lot different than "all out" now. I eat one serving of sugar free chocolate and that's basically "all out" for me now..

Sorry I missed you yesterday to report Thursday, server problems on my home computer...Friday was horrible for me...Was working all day at a bike rally event...Got in plenty of water ( about 170 oz ) but no real food or protein except my morning shake before going, then we went to Pizza Hut for dinner with my kids and I guess the sun and lack of real food was just too much, I puked up my dinner within minutes of trying to eat and then went home and crawled into bed

Sometimes I can eat the topping off a pizza but sometimes not...and that bread for some reason just doesn't sit well with me. When things are hectic, it makes it worse.

S: banana and sugar free yogurt
L:3 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz turkey, 10 reduced fat crackers, 1/2 cucumber

D: cheeseburger, green beans, 1/4 c frozen custard (full fat!!!)
3 cups skim milk in coffee
around 2400 calories....vacation!!!
