Not a bad day at all. Tomorrow I get to go to a district barbeque. Then the weekend is already full. Another hermit crab rescue on Saturday and a quiet day Sunday..

12:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Satisfaction
1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
2:00 pm 1 single serving microwave popcorn..yum. 1 large strawberry
2:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated
6:00 pm TJ's Buffalo Burger Steak, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 T mustard, about 3 oz grilled zucchini

Work was crazy busy today but that's a good thing
I had some asparagus in the fridge that needed to be cooked so I experimented a little and came up with a really good pasta dish. I only used half a serving of serving of pasta and lots of the veggies.
My good eats....
Early AM: 16 oz Iced Protein Coffee
Breakfast: Jimmy Dean light breakfast bowl
Snack: RTD EAS Protein shake
Lunch: Chicken breast, canned marinated artichoke, steamed asparagus, reduced fat alfredo sauce & whole grain protein pasta
Snack: RTD EAS Protein shake
Dinner: Same as lunch
Snack: Light Bryers Yogurt & 4 large strawberries
Take a look at these great numbers because tomorrow will NOT be as pretty! LOL
We are having a pot luck at work tomorrow then we are going out for drinks when we get off at 7!

I forgot to post last night! Busy day but nice! DH staryted back to work yesterday insread of today so that threw a curve ball into my day but it was fine! I justtotaled yesterday on fitday and it was low in protein; only 70 but carbs 135. I think that is not exactly correct because I selected black bean soup that is listed instead of putting in my own recipe which I am sure is higher in protein. I am not going to obsess over the numbers!

An hour of Zumba which was really fun because my daughter was with me and the instructors daughter was there and the girls both participated forpart of the class; it was so cute! I also bought designer cupcakes for the instructor since it was her birthday and i did not buy one or take a bite of my daughters! Hope you and kay enjoy your potluck and night out with friends!

B: power pancakes (1/2 c egg beaters, 1/2 c fat free cottage cheese, 1/4 c buckwheat flour)
