Boy, I just did something I NEVER thought I would do!!!
I just went to the gym on my lunch hour!! I have ALWAYS resisted that because I cant stand the thought of getting sweaty at lunch and I am NOT going to take a shower before I come back to work....the proverbial "ho" bath.....
Takes 3 minutes to get there from my office - 10 to get changed - 30 minutes on the treadclimber (I LOVE THAT THING!) - 5 minutes of shoulder presses - 15 minutes to get changed - and I am back at my desk at 11:58..
PROOF that I can do it.....
I have neglected exercise and good eating for about 10 months now (Other Issues to deal with have taken a toll on my WL)......but maybe this is the jumpstart I need.
Anyway, just wanted to share.....

Is that the nordic trek treadclimber? Does it really burn more calories than other pieces of equipment? I do the stair stepper or cross ski ellipticals
