problem with gassy stomach, helps

I am 5years out so far no problem except gaining about 8lbs. all of a sudden about 4 days ago I started to get this gassy stomach, it kinda make you a little nausies. it comes and goes. when I eat something it starts up. I take nexiam and I started to take tums to make it go away. anyone with the same problem

 Hi,
I think most of us experience gas, especially eating simple carbs and eating a bit too much...I don't know about the ulcer notion, but bow to anyone else's information and knowledge....I think gas is an unfortunate side effect to the great result of gastric bypass.  Have you possibly been eating above average amounts of dairy lately?  Some of us become lactose intolerant after the surgery.
