Accountability - Saturday

I had a great day. I'm very tired...but feel good. List for the day:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce

2B: 3 eggs, cottage cheese and 1 slice whole wheat toast without the crust

L: Tuna (water packed), relish, fat free zesty italian dressing and 17 whole grain crackers

D: 4 oz pork ribs, 2/3 cup raw fruit salad, 1 medium chicken thigh

S: shared two wine coolers with dh...

I tried the One A Day Women's 2O vitamin water packets and that was a NO GO...nasty tasting stuff. But I did get in five bottles of water. I'm sipping a nice hot cup of coffee with splenda mocha flavor and will have the last half of bottle number six by the bed in a few..

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1762
Fat: 64.8
Carbs: 128.2
Protein: 151.1

Not too bad. Still alittle high on calories but still...all in all very good. The last thing I ate at the barbeque was a chicken thigh but it had some really sweet barbeque sauce on it and I felt nauseous after that...took me a while to get over that barfy feeling...

How did you do today?

Good Sunday, Happy Mom's Day too!!!

OMG step away from the carb monster, it took over my ENTIRE day...Feel like I really ATE NOTHING all day...Weekends have not been part of my program for over a year now, I had started to feel I was good during the week at staying on plan and I deserved to let myself relax a little on the weekend ... I can definately see a pattern which I'm lucky has not really spiralled out of control - if I've been doing this every weekend ( and I fear I have on most ) its a wonder that I have not porked up more lbs, Saturday was just so wasteful, OK now I've had the wakeup call, heres the damage...

       bacon

Wow...I would say so.

Well, do-overs apply so don't beat yourself up too much..Tomorrow if your carbs are extra low...it washes.

Keep after it..Iknow you'll have success.

Wow...very good. And you're such a good daughter to help your mom with yard work. I think you should count the calories you burned today TWICE! LOL.

Keep up the good work. See ya.
