Who wants to join me in a 5 day pouch test?

Hello!
I am 9 months out and dowm 90 lbs.  I find myself  being able to consume larger amounts of food at a time, as well as complex carbs.  I am not a dumper, and recently began eatering chocolate.  I work out a lot and haven't gained weight.  YET!

After doing some research, I am in hopes that doing a five day pouch test will help break this cycle?  Any takers?  Anyone who wants more info on the 5 DPT- just google it. There's lots of info out there.

I am starting the liquids this morning.  My stats:
height: 5'4'
weight: 179.8 this am.  Been 180 give or take 2 lbs for 6-8 weeks.

Thanks!
Amanda

You aren't even a year out, and you're already doing the pouch test?
You are still in that 'magical' timeframe...keep doing what you're supposed to, the weight will come off.

Read the accountability posts.  Do you eat more than other posters?  I have a mechanical failure so don't count me.  Do you really think you are eating too much that you have a problem or are you just normal?  I hope you are ok.  90 lbs in 9 months seems really good.  take care, Daisy

Thanks for the feedback.  I did liquids for a day and a half.  After that I have switched to good proteins.  Although I did not do a true 5 day pouch test, I cut out all the complex carbs I've been eating.  So far I'm down a couple of pounds.  Without the slider carbs, I feel the tightness in my pouch again.  No chocolate in 3 days!!!
