I really over did it today. I tried to counteract the pot luck faire by drinking extra water and it helped alittle.. My calories are way higher than I thought they were...Let's see the damage: 

Here goes:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, 2 kiwi fruit diced
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, So Be Tropical
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
8:15 am 1/4 cup ceviche, 1 sugar free chocolate chip cookie, 1 cutie (mini tangerine)
9:00 am 1 taquito, 1/4 cup vegetarian chili, 1/4 cup ceviche, 1T guacamole, 1T sour cream, 1/4 cup rice noodles,
9:20 am 1 sugar free chocolate chip cookie
(OMG...I have to put the breaks on here...I'm losing control!)
10:10 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Mix
10:50 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Berry Caffeinated
1:15 pm 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 3 oz chicken breast, 1/3 cup ceviche
2:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
3:00 pm 1 small croissant with butter
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Splash

6:00 pm 2 taquitos, 1/2 a cheese enchilada

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1967
Fat: 77.6
Carbs: 189.0
Protein: 141.1

Good protein. Carbs are really high..I have a chance to redeem myself tomorrow. Always!

How did you do today? Keep after it. It's just a day, you get do-overs tomorrow..

Hello ladies.
I'm had a good day. Went and talked to my therapist for an hour, did a little grocery shopping then came in to work at 3. 

My Good Eats....

Early AM: 12 oz of coffee with splenda & half n half

Breakfast:  Protein shake

On the way to work: 12 oz iced coffee w/ hazelnut creamer & Splenda

Snack: Slim Jim Beef n cheddar stick

Lunch: Salad w/ ham, cheese, boiled egg, raw veggies & FF Italian dressing

Snack: Carb/sugar control yogurt & 4 strawberries

Dinner: Smart One's frozen dinner & Bryers Lite yogurt

Snack: Protein hot chocolate


I wish I could have them numbers everyday!

That trip on the way to work is great for getting in fluids, I think. I'm getting so I can't even get in the car without a bottle of water. LOL.

B) Chicken from the chicken biscuit at McDonald's
S) Parfait from McDonald's
L) Chicken finger salad with lots of veggies and dressing
S) 2 SF popcicles
D) Chicken wings, Mashed potatoes, Fish filet,square cornbread, tblsp ice cream
S) Yogurt, low fat, SF
S) SF popcicle
Usual vitamins, liquids, Benefiber.
ETA: the weight is off, the tummy is no longer bloated. No idea what it was, maybe a bowel obstruction beginning, that worked itself out.

Great about the bloating going away. That's scary! I'm wondering if you drank more water to sort of flu**** out? That was another idea that came to me...

I had no swelling of the hands or feet and legs, just the tummy. I really think it was a digestive thing, no idea if it was the obstruction beginning, or maybe just too much protein, and not enough veggies?

Hi Everyone ...

Its Wednesday, half way thru the week and my Tuesday, well lets just say I could DITTO Dawns' remark about overdoing...Went out with a group after my HOG meeting and just snacked on "wasteful" food, did not add anything but empty cals and carbs to my day...

B - choc / banana / pb protein shake

S1 - protein coffee & the LAST creme horn  ( evil little treats )

S2 - homemade coffeehouse drink

L - 4 oz 2% cottage cheese, 4oz sf jello & 1/4 cup TVP

S - Starbucks venti 1/2 caf nf sf cinnamon dulce latte

D - grilled BBQ 3 oz chicken thigh-leg combo piece, 1/4 cup baked beans, 3 tiny boiled new
       potatoes

S - 7 or 8 fresh potato chips w/ranch dip, 2 waffle fries with bacon and cheese & a bite of chicken
       strip

145 oz water/ hot tea / crystal light          Cals :  1454     Fat :  57     NetCarbs :  107     Protein :  117
