5 year post.. sorry I did not reply to anyone!
hello everyone. On April 20th I wrote about my 5 year anniverary and I had quite few people reply and I just wanted them to know I did not ignore them. My internet provider crashed big time, mainly my e-mail! for about 4 days I received no emails and also I could not send any e-mails. I live in a very small county and the provider actually had to put all the e-mail accounts back into the server by hand!!
Then it took a while for them to retreive any emails that were lost but most of them were sent back to whoever sent them. Thankfully I also had my Hotmail Account otherwise I would not have been able to get any mail at all.
then just after they got it "mostly fixed" me and my husband went on vacation! this was my first vacation as a skinny person... it was awesom! we went to North Carolina and did things I would never had done when I was almost #300 pounds. we went on a huge sailboat with about 5 other couples and watched the sun go down over the water in the bay. then we went on an all day deep see fishing trip!
When I was buying T-shirts it was so nice not having to dig for the largest ones so they would fit. I just looked for the wonderful "M" . we had such a wonderful time. no one stared at me or worried that the "fat chick" would not make it onto or off the boat or even fall off the sail boat when it heaved too when the wind hit the sails... I smiled so much on this trip and I have pictures to prove just how much fun and good I felt.
Ok. here are the answers to the questions asked here at the site. I had some more probles when i got home with my email, it kept saying my emails were rejected because they were being seen as SPAM... this has now been fixed...
1. My insurance did pay for my TT. it allowed me to get the TT if i lost over 100 pounds and kept it off for either 6 months or a year... wow, i dont remember... but it also helped that I had to have a huge hernia repaired so it got done much quicker with the paperwork. my belly is still nice and flat. just no bellybutton
2. one losing boobage. I had thought of getting a Boob tuck! my poor boob shrank something aweful and I just wanted all that extra skin removed. maybe tberryrose you can discuss with your doctor a way to get insurance to cover some sort of surgery to make your body look more porportioned(sp?) You never know. you doctor may know a way.
