Accountability - Saturday
I'm early so I'm going to include what I'm going to have for a snack. I went shopping this morning and cleaned the house and went through my summer clothes (need more shorts, LOL) and made a great dinner. I bought BIG tomatoes and stuffed them with roasted chicken breast, celery, onions and cheddar cheese...yummy. I drank four bottles of water so far, I'm down one and I can add that no problem!
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, applesauce, soy milk, coffee
2B: coffee, 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and swiss cheese, cottage cheese and half a slice of toast without the crust
L: Chicken Patty from Trader Joes, 1 slice cheddar cheese and a dolup of pizza sauce
D: Large stuffed tomato with 3 oz baked chicken breast meat, celery, onion, cheddar cheese
Dessert: 1/2 cup NSA Ice Cream
Calories: 1641
Fat: 76.2
Carbs: 105.1
Protein: 138.6
Not too bad at all. I'm happy with those numbers, actually. I nearly forgot what I ate for lunch. Silly me.
How did you do? It is the weekend. If you're on the Nutrasystem thing, they allow weekends off..So enjoy!

I need to clean the house! I worked 4 hours then wen tto the Y and helped my daughter get ready for her Tap pictures. We went to lunch as well. Next we went to her swim meet and just now got home. I need to drink more but am getting there. Pizza is in the oven then I will pack for DisneyWorld.

Hey ladies. I had a good Saturday. I took my daughter, neice and nephew to the strawberry patch to pick strawberries. They really enjoyed it. With all the walking in the sun, I came home and took a long nap!
