Accountability - Sunday
Today we did something different. We got up really early and went to breakfast without my oatmeal. After we had breakfast we went to the Flea Market. I walked and shopped till I couldn't walk any more. After a barbeque with friends I sat down to figure my totals. You just won't believe it. I may just never eat oatmeal again! And I may just get a snack tonight too. I may just NEED a snack.
List for the day:
B: 3 egg omelet with ham and cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 wheat toast slice without the crust
L: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
D: 1 chicken thigh, 1/2 cup potato chips, 1 oz salsa, 1 oz sour cream, 1 oz baked beans
Snack: Hmmm. hadn't really thought abou it much. Maybe sugar free chocolate and some microwave popcorn. Maybe some sugar free angel food cake with strawberries. mmm..
Totals without dessert:
Calories: 1412
Fat: 89.2
Carbs: 26.3 (yeah, you are seeing right...no carbs today!)
Protein: 120.7
How did you do today? I'm pretty darn happy with it, actually.

Hello ladies. I had a nice and calm relaxing weekend with my family.
Me and my daughter made a sugar free strawberry shortcake and didn't tell anyone that we used splenda to sweeten the strawberries, SF cool whip and a sugar free sponge cake. Nobody knew the difference. It was yummy!
Breakfast:
2 oz hamburger pattie w/ cheese
1 slice of light wheat toast
Snack:
1 Turkey FF hot dog
Lunch:
2 crunchy beef taco's w/ lettuce, cheese, ff sour cream & taco sauce
Dinner:
Grilled bbq chicken thigh
Grilled bbq chicken wing
1/4 cup of macarroni salad
1/3 of an ear of corn w/ spray butter
Snack:
1 slice Sugar free Strawberry short cake
