Accountability - Friday
Friday FINALLY! Quiet night tonight but tomorrow is shopping day. Sales at two stores today so I hit both of them on my lunch. Learned something new at work too! How to make a bank deposit. LOL. Tonight is cleaning. My son went to his friend's house so I can get to his carpet in his room that smells like old sweat socks. LOL. Anyone with teenage sons understands about that smell. NASTY. It's clean now.
My plan to stay away from the fridge tonight is simple. Clean, clean, clean and if that doesn't work...do the wii...But I'm sure that the house needs to be cleaned more than that..LOL. More excuses.

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine grain soya granules, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical Flavor
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:45 am 1/2 chicken quesadilla, salsa and 1 oz cream cheese
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix, Strawberry
1:25 pm 2 small cutie miget tangerines, 1 medium orange
2:05 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, So Be Living Strawberry Banana
6:00 pm Meatloaf (quite alot of it!) and a bit of canned corn (small bite, no room) and a 1/4 cup serving (if that) of mashed potatoes. The rest went to the dogs. I drank all my water and got just barely enough protein for me..

Not good. You might want to check in with your surgeon and talk about what you're feeling. The PCP might not "get" the symptoms but if it's serious, the surgeon would be able to tell you.
The list is too short. But be sure and get enough fluids in...Warm herb tea might help some too. If it's BM related, it will relax the whole area and might get things going. Or relax the muscles.

I started the day off poorly eating wise. I had to cover for an ill call and was crazy busy with all the calls about the swine flu. Just got home after 12 hours at work but I do not work there again until May 11th;woo hoo! Off to Orlando for a conference and vacation combo. We will be doing Disney world. I need to pack! I do have to work my second job this weekend but I will get it all done! Great news my husband will be going back to work at one of his previous truck driving position! I am so excited; it has been a long six months off of work and unemployment was about to run out.
0800-100 cal HOHO
1100-meat sauce and brocoli
1300-100 cal HOHO
1530-mini whole wheat pita and a string cheese
1800-1/2 piece of Costco cheese pizza( picked up pizza and ice cream for the nurses) and a skinny cow
2030-grilled chicken sandwich with top bun removed from Mcdonalds
I have not put this on the daily plate yet but I know it will not be pretty! I am just now getting in some more water I think I only got 56 ounces; did take vitamins once home need to get calcium in before bed. No exercise; missed my group run because of work. I will have to get a run in tomorrow for sure.

Don't sweat the extra snacking when you had to work extra time. It really doesn't look that bad from here. You might be surprised.
