6:00 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine grain soya granules, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Warm Tea, Vanilla Caramel Tea with Splenda
8:20 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 2 oz canned tuna drained with tsp light italian dressing
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Satisfaction Strawberry/Banana
10:30 am 17 soy crisps, 2 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
11:10 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Satisfaction Strawberry/Banana
12:45 pm 3 oz lean beef stuffing that went into the tomatoes last night
1:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated
2:30 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 cup salad greens, ranch dressing
3:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Honey Lemon Ice Tea (Splenda Added)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
6:00 pm 5 oz chicken thigh meat, 1/3 cup mashed potato, 1/2 cup cooked broccoli.

A bit high..and the protein is really high. At least I got in enough water. And I'm thinking another bottle is in my immediate future. How did you all do?

I have to drink some contrast for a CT scan in the morning and before bed;yuck! They want to see how this hernia looks on the inside I guess. I got all mywater in and vitamins. I went for a walk with my co worker but that is it today. I am watching Tales of Desperaux with my daugher; we read the book last month. Havea good night!

That stuff is nasty! I absolutely refuse to take the diabetic test at all. They want you to drink that sugared over soda stuff...Made me barf before the surgery...now it hits my lips and then the floor. Good thing my doctor believes me!
Good list. Those chocolate covered raisins would have to be sugar free for me but it's been really bad to stay away from even that stuff with my Time of the Month chocolate cravings...I couldnt control it after dinner last night. It was a nightmare.
Hopefully the testing goes good for you Wednesday (today).

Hey ladies. It hasn't been a bad day for me either. I took minnie (my dog) to the groomers and stayed home the rest of the morning before work.

L: Baked BBQ chicken thigh & 1/2 c. Macaroni shrimp salad
S: Apple & 1 oz RF cheddar cheese
D: BBQ chicken drumstick, pork spare rib, 1/4 c. baked beans & 1/2 c. steamed cabbage
S: EAS RTD protein shake

Leftovers gone.. Thanks god! With the weather changing, I'm really not wanting anything heavy. I was sick of leftovers at dinner but I picked my way through it. This is when I have a problem with protein because all I want is salad, fruit, vegetables, soup and frozen dinners. I better make sure I always have milk for protein shakes.

This is when I have a problem with protein because all I want is salad, fruit, vegetables, soup and frozen dinners. I better make sure I always have milk for protein shakes.
We cook half the size meals that we used to and still we have enough left overs for a lunch for me the next day. Makes me wonder just how much I was eating before! Yikes. Scary.
Good list. Where did all the calories come from? I'm not seeing it. Maybe it's because of the leftovers, like you were saying..and just the one protein shake. I found some shake packets that I can add at work when what I bring just doesn't suit me. I'm getting really picky! But it's a good thing.

I was suprised at the calories too. When I cooked for the family sunday, i cooked the "real deal".
Nothing low fat, low sugar or even low fat.. LOL
I'm sure it's the real mayo, real sugar in the baked beans and real bbq sauce. That's why I measured everything!
When I cook for myself during the week, i use low sugar, ff and etc...
