Accountability - Monday
For a Monday and a boring LONG Monday, I did okay. We had something really different for dinner. Stuffed tomatoes. Instead of the recipe I found for chicken stuffed tomatoes, dh made lean ground beef stuffed tomatoes...they were really good.
List for the day:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine grain soya granules, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Bottle, G2 Gatorade, lemon-lime (160 calories? Yikes)
10:10 am 1 medium orange
11:00 am 5 oz baked porkchop (estimated because the last one had 5 ounces on it), 2 pc SF Chocolate Easter Candy
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:45 pm more of that G2 but not liking it. Maybe if I add ice. blah. call it 20 ounces
2:45 pm 11.5 oz iced coffee espresso with 1 scoop whey protein (18 gr protein) and some water to bring the whole fluid up to 24 oz or more...added more water several times.
3:20 pm 1 medium apple
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
6:00 pm 3 oz ground sirloin beef, tomato whole cooked, cheese (cheddar), part of a salad with ranch dressing..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1634
Fat: 55.8
Carbs: 156.1
Protein: 126.2
The carbs were too high. G2 has too many carbs.
How did you do? I could do better and I probably will tomorrow.

I had a pretty good day, your dinner sounds good! I ran this morning after volunteering at the cardiac pool and then did water aerobics while my daughter was in swim team. I am pooped and hungry!

S-sf ff choc pudding bran buds and a banana
S-light bread, smear pb and sf jelly
all my water, vitamins. I ran for thirty minutes this morning and then an hour of water aerobics.

Ah, Starbucks. I keep forgetting that they have food too. LOL. I have this gift card and never get a chance to use it.

Back in my groove after the weekend, Monday looked good and today I will be back to water aerobics...
B - choc/ pb protein frappachino
S1 - homemade coffeehouse style drink
S2 - 1/2 c egg salad on a multi-grain wasa cracker
S3 - protein coffee
L - 3 fried chicken drumettes, 1/2 c peas & corn, and a WW cheese stick
S - 5 espresso beans, a SF pb cup & 1 tsp shelled sunflower seeds
D - 1 c caesar salad w/ dressing and 4 meatballs with mushroom sauce
118 oz water/crystal lite Cals : 1225 Fat : 71 NetCarbs : 58 Protein : 83

I had a good day off. I did some running around, had lunch with a friend then spent the rest of the day at home relaxing with my daughter.
I was going to try G2 yesterday when I got gas but I looked at the carbs and passed! I got a bottle of water instead.

1/2 Cup of Pepper steak
4 big sweet n sour shrimp
Dinner:
1/2 bbq pork sparerib
1 bbq chicken leg
1/4 c. steamed cabbage
1/4 c. baked beans
Few bites of macaronni salad
Snack: Protein shake
I thought my calories would be through the roof with the chinese but after doing fitday, it wasn't so bad. We got it delivered to the house so I was able to measure.. that helped.

Yeah on the G2. I love the bottle but not the stuff inside so much. sigh...now what do I do with 9 bottles that are full of stuff that's too high in carbs AND calories...probably dump it out and refill with water. LOL.
