Sigh...The weekend is over and I'm sad. We did the Poppy Festival and that was awesome. The weather cooperated and actually got alittle warm. We walked about 2-3 miles and then ate at the local burger place. I took the patty off the bun and ate it like a steak, gave the fries to the dog when we got home and tossed the bun to the birds. EVERYONE was happy with that.

List for the day:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk and coffee (no applesauce, ground up dehydrated strawberries...didn't count them cuz I have no clue how)

S: 24 oz Drink

B2: 3 egg omelet with chili sauce and cheese. 1 slice wheat toast.

S: 24 oz Drink
S: 24 oz Drink

L: 8 oz burger patty (I'm sure that's before cooking) sirloin burger with cheese and grilled onions

S: 24 oz Drink

D: 1 cup salad, 2 slices tomato, 2 oz canned tuna, 1 T Light Italian dressing.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1584
Fat: 83.6
Carbs: 75.0
Protein: 132.0

Now there are a couple things I didn't count. Someone handed me a sample of something at the Festival. They called it caramel corn without kernels...hmm. I took one bit and tasted it and it was nothing more than fried sugar...I'm so glad I didn't dump..

How did you do?

S-bite of cheese pizza and one bite of soft serve frozen yogurt( we went to Costco)

I ran with my running group yesterday and did really good, i finally feel back to the level I was at before I caught the flu in January. Did an hour of zumba and cleaned out the car;yuck! I was wondering what that awful smell was; my daughter left a container of yogurt in the back. I need to take my calcium  before I go to bed.

Yeah, because the California Poppy is the state flower and it grows here (bright orange) we have been having this festival since 1991..I've only gone twice but I go see the flower fields NOT during the festival. Too crowded.

Good list. And great that you're feeling more normal since the flu. LOL...I've found left overs under my car seat plenty of times. We go out to eat, get a take home container and it makes it to the car but not to the house...NASTY,,,

Keep up the good work! See ya.

Hello ladies.
I had a good weekend so I'm sad that it went by so fast. I worked Sunday morning so I can have Monday off. I got some running around to do today. I'm getting an early start so I can come back home and be lazy the rest of the day.

Sunday's eats...

B: 1 boiled egg, 1 1/2 slices of ham & about 1/2 cup grits

L: Smart Ones frozen dinner & FF Yogurt

S: 1/2 Cup of Pinto beans

D: 4 Hot wings & 1/2 a baked potato

No fitday today but I know i had lots of carbs. My weekend eating is so unplanned.

Low numbers again..I find that when I'm really disappointed that the weekend is over, it's time to ask for a day off just because. Not for anything special but to just get some me time in..Sometimes I get me time, sometimes I just get time off to clean the house.I'm weird, cleaning the house makes me feel better.

Nice list. Have a great day off! See ya.

I focus so much on couting calories especially when I'm at work because I eat when I'm bored. On the weekends, I'm able to control myself better and don't even worry about fitday. I was curious to know my calories so I went back later and figured them. They are much lower than I thougth it would be.

Hi Ladies,

I'm back from my weekend trip and as promised am reporting in ...Did not track my food while visiting with my grand parents and also did not really pay much mind to following a "good" food plan, just a some of everything prepare over the weekend but used moderation in the amounts - I know is amounted to alot more carbs and alot less protein then my usual day consists of...Still faired the weekend pretty well, up 1 lb from thursday, expect it to be gone in the next day or two from returning to a better food divided food pie, back on plan today and will be reporting my meals tomorrow...

On a seperate note, Kay I can relate to your words about weekend eating be "so unplanned"...I too do poorly on the weekend front...Don't know when I decided to let weekends go, in the beginning I followed the plan 7 days a week religiously, when I hit goal, weekends kinda fell into the crack and I've never fished them out...I know if I could get back on the 7 day a week regime I could probably pick off the couple of lbs I want to lose again to get me back under 130...

Have a great day... Alesia, 5'5", 136

I actually do horrible on the weekends with my water, even still...And alot of times I get too much salt which bugs me in the form of higher numbers on the scale. So during the week is better. What will I do when I retire? I have no clue...I better have a handle on it or I'll be pushing that MO border again..
