How do you stop losing weight when you hit your goal weight?

I am a Realize bander and I hit my goal weight. And I am eating 4-6 oz. lean proteins meats, eggs, low fat cheeses, low fat yogurts, beans, nuts, fruits, and vegetables. On most days I may substitute 1 meal with a protein shake, when I am in a hurry it is convenient. I get in 10, 8oz. glasses of water a day sometimes 12, 8oz. glasses of water. I do not eat any breads, pasta's or anything of the whites. But I really never have been a bread, or pasta person even before WLS. My food addiction (drug of choice if you will)  choice has always been and was cakes, cookies, ice creams, pies, and fast foods.
I am always trying new healthy food items, & or new healthy recipes. Sometimes I like the new food or recipe, and sometimes I don't like it, and won't eat it again. But at least I tried it.
I food journal daily. I get 80-90g protein, some days 900-1100 calories, I currently get my carbs through natural fruits. I love my fruits.
My goal weight has always been 115 lbs, as of this morning I weigh 113.6 lbs.
I am 5'0 feet tall, or short lol. My clothes size went from 20 to 3/4's, and 1x shirts to small.
My bmi is 22.1, body fat % is 21%. I feel healthy, happy, and fit now. I do Curves strength training only 3 days a week, and do cardio only 2, sometimes 3 days (if I feel like getting some cardio in). I am 11 1/2 mths post op. My next Dr's appt., and 1 year class is 5/27/09.
I like how I look and feel now. I don't want too look too thin, or skeleton like.

I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE ANYMORE WEIGHT!
What do I need to do now to maintenance, and NOT TO GAIN BACK, AND NOT TO LOSE ANYMORE WEIGHT?

I was hoping to maybe find out from other banders, that may have hit their goal weight, maintained it and of what their experiences have been, even though I know everybody is different. Thanks again
Any advice is welcomed, Thank you in advance for your responses, and advices.

I'm not a bander but the same goes for all wls. You need to add just a few more calories. Try another healthy snack and good carbs and protein. Try to get this from food and not a shake. If you can't stop losing trade with this try to replace one of your water for another shake.
This is what my WLS doc said when I got to low for my hight and frame and age.  When I did this I did get back to where my WLS doc and PCP wanted.  It's really hard to find that right amount of calories you need to stop losing and mantain and not gain to much back.
Good Luck,
Robin

I just wanted to say Thanks to all , those all sound like really good, and sensible advice's. I am not sure of how, or what I am going to start yet doing. I really want to think, and figure, and sort this all out and probably wait to see my Dr. in next month before I decide to doing anything that may hurt my progress. That's why I was hoping to maybe find out from other banders, that may have hit their goal weight, maintained it and of what their experiences have been, even though I know everybody is different. I will find out more information from my Dr. and 1yr class next month. I was just hearing out everyone's advice, and suggestions. Everyone is so great here on the message boards helping and supporting each other.
Thanks again everyone.

Figure you get back 15# free at the end. So, since you're not a year yet, do you want to be 15# more than today? Or 15# more than 15# too thin?

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

I understand your fears.  I am 16 mths out and currently struggle to maintain 100-103lbs.  My original goal was only 130 or so, so now I'm over 30lbs UNDERweight.

Of course my family is very concerned.  At 48 yrs old and 5ft tall, 103lbs does not look like it might have at 18.  I eat pretty much anything I want, but so far, I'm just trying to keep from going any lower.  I feel like I am eating ALL day long, which goes against a lifetime of trying NOT to eat all the time.

Trying to look decent in clothes has become a problem as well.  I would much rather be seen in a bathing suit with a little extra weight than with the bony, sagging skin I now have.

I'm really hoping that the bounce back starts soon.  I guess I should feel blessed that I have that 20 or 30lbs to work with, but it is a little concerning at this point.

I was once in that situation, where all my friends and family would not lay off of me and were saying to me when are you going to stop loosing? You are too thin! I was hearing it always! I'm 5'9" and got to my lowest of 138 lbs. My goal was 160 lbs. I am now getting FAT!!!!!! Always tipping the scale at 170 lbs - to I saw 173 lbs the other day!!!! Constantly eating! So, why I am here now and looking at Graduates, is because I need help! I have come all this way and know what it feels like to be thin and experience that...."Nothing tastes better than what thin tastes like!" I have even gone as far as had my tummy tuck and breast augmentation. In fact it was right after the tummy tuck I felt I wanted to eat more! I had RNY 11/14/2006 - TT 9/9/08 - BA 1/13/09. I was happy at 150 lbs and felt good and looked good. I need to get back there! So, if one is concerned about loosing too fast or too much, love it now and stay in control.

I understand totally what you are saying, I am definitely am enjoying my happier and healthier lifestyle.  Now if only all my family and friends would be more supportive and happy for all that I have achieved, and come thus far in my journey. I have had the same experience as I am sure alot of other WLS patients have, all of my friends and family keep telling me that I am too thin. I keep telling them that I am under DR.'s supervision and my Dr. say's that I am at a healthy weight, And that they are not use to seeing me this small. And they'll get use to it. And be happy for me, because I am happy and healthy. So I totally understand. I have stopped losing weight and I am now maintaining. Thank you for your message. I wish for you continued success. KEEP GOING, NEVER STOP, until you are at where you want to be at in your life. Take care,
