The day was a good one..I did really really well. So now, I just have to mine my P's and Q's till bedtime and stay OUT of the kitchen and quit listening to the voices that come from the refrigerator...LOL. wish me luck.

List for the day:

5:30 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup applesauce, 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (drank it before)
7:00 am 24 oz decaf coffee w/Vanilla SF Caramel creamer
8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat, 1 tsp mustard
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry Soother
10:30 am 3 oz chicken thigh meat (no skin), 1 tsp mustard
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
12:45 am 4 large strawberries, 1 oz cream cheese and melon (1 cup) (2 pc SF chocolate candy)
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
3:30 pm large navel orange, raw
4:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Active

6:00 pm 1 cup shredded red leaf lettuce, 3 medium slices tomatoe, 1 oz low calorie italian dressing, 4 oz tilapia grilled..(WOW...tilapia, 4 ounces, 145 calories? That has to be some kind of record!) And it was really good too.

Calories: 1288
Fat: 51.2
Carbs: 113.6
Protein: 109.8

So I did pretty good. 

How did you do? Keep after it...it just takes doing it over and over again...or at least trying to do it over and over..

Good evening, Dawn.
I had a pretty good day today. I got up early to take my daughter to school, took a short walk with my dog then came back home and took a short nap before work at 3.

Today's Good Eats...

B: 2 Scrambled eggs, 1 Turkey sausage pattie & 1 slice of lite wheat toast

S: Apple & 1 oz of  RF cheese

L: Smart One's frozen dinner

S: Carb/sugar control Yogart & 4 big strawberries

D:  Roast beef, cheese, lettuce, FF mayo & red onion in a LC wheat tortilia & Few cucumber slices sprinkled w/ FF italian dressing

S: Chocolate SF pudding & 3 big strawberries



I had a good eating day but my protein numbers are low. I would have a protein hot chocolate when I get home but I'm full and satisfied. I don't like to eat or drink something just to get my numbers up when I'm not hungry.

Good numbers for you on Tuesday..

Isn't it great that the weather is clearing up so we can move around outside? I bet the puppy loved the walk..I need to work with my beagle cuz she's not working too well on the leash.

I had my usual day but it was sunny and inthe 70's! I worked and then took my daughter and a friend down to the beach. I can't believe they swam in that freezing water! No exercise except it is probably a 1/4 mile down to the beach and it is all up hill coming back, plus a few trips to the potty thatis another 1/4 mile away; it all adds up!
B-protein drink
S-oatmeal
S string cheese and 4 saltines
L-Cobb salad with little of the dressing wheat mini pita
S-cookie
D-lite mac N cheese and brocoli
S-chicken breast and NSA applesauce
1600 calories 100 gm p and 150 carbs. I went to trader Joes and have some mini peppers, mini cucumbers, wheat min pita  and hummis for tomorrow. Also picked up some more fage and cottage cheese. I am ready for tomorrow! Adding the protein frink gets me over 100 gm of protein and it is only 100 calories. Tomorrow is hump day already; time is flying by me lately!

Planning is the key...Plan for your day and you've got ammunician...It's the only way to stay ahead of the monsters.

We laugh around here. My son-in-law sometimes has dreams/nighmares and has told my daughter when he wakes up (in a really serious voice) "When the zombies come, go to your mom's house...." We just got such a laugh out of that...So we say "When the zombies come..."

When the zombies come, you'll be ready. LOL.

Hope I didn't jinx you talking about the food voices ...Anyway, I'm back again today and yesterday (Tuesday) looked pretty good to me...Also did my water aerobics which makes me feel really good ( gotta love the endorphin rush)

B - strawberry & banana protein frappachino

S - hard boiled egg and 3 thin slices ready-cook bacon

L - bratwurst with 2 tsp cranberry mustard and a WW string cheese

S - 5 dk choc covered espresso beans

D - 1 cup caesar salad topped with 2 oz shredded london broil

S - 5 or 6 honey roasted cashews and a prune

      102 oz water/crystal light  -     Cals : 1191,  Fat : 63,  Net Carbs :  70,  Protein : 87
      2 14 oz cups of my home version of a fancy coffeehouse drink

Nope. I hear those voices. Last night they were quiet. I washed the dishes in the kitchen and never heard a peep! Then I took my flavored water and went to bed. NO SNACK! That's a big one.
Oooo. I love those dark chocolate covered espresso beans...I have some of those around. I measure out my 1/4 cup and bring them with me to work cuz if I don't, I can't be trusted with just 5. 5 Magic beans. LOL.
