I had a very good day! I actually finished nearly 20 scrapbooking pages...maybe more. I didn't count pages but I went from 2001 to 2003 in one afternoon...I did GOOD.

List for the day:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce, coffee

S: 1/2 deviled egg, 2 pc SF chocolate candy

L: Asian Chicken Salad..

S: 1/2 deviled egg

Dinner: 5 oz T-Bone steak (the most tender part...yumo!) and 1/3 cup mashed potatoes with a tablespoon of beef gravy...I still have 2/3 cups of coleslaw sitting on my plate..Not sure I can manage more than half a cup.

You'll be happy to know I had four 24 oz containers of water/drink mix...I did pretty good.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1312
Fat: 55.1
Carbs: 99.7
Protein: 112.6

Wow...carbs are lower than protein...that's an unusual occurance for me. Happy but unlikely.

I may even have room for a dessert later. Tomorrow, bowling and a movie...what fun.

How did you do? Keep your chin up and keep after it..It's a journey..One hellova ride!

We do alot of breakfasts out with friends...I actually love that. I can visit and talk and put down my fork and eat slow...I eat so much for breakfast, so long as I stay away from potatoes. I have alittle some days but I'd rather have the cottage cheese (recently figured that out!)

I love Target but the one we have locally is on the other side of town from our Walmart and it's hard to get to....AND there isn't a great restaurant near there. That makes a big difference. LOL.

You did awesome! Low numbers for carbs...great protein. Good job.

Scrapbooking and a trip to Target; I should of been withyou two! I went to my PCP for a referral for a hernia repair and had lab work drawn then went to work. I am trying to coordinate a hernia repair and a tummy tuck. I had an all right day; could of been worse and could of been better.

I know...I think it's been so long since I did scrapbooking, a brand new package of expensive pens is all dried out...I hate that. None was even opened and they're dry...So I'm trying to think of a way to revive them. It kept creeping into my dreams last night. LOL. I'll forever be the cheapo queen, I guess.

Isn't it nice when you eat enough meat that you can't even eat the taters? I ate the steak, those mashed potatoes looked so good with the gravy (we usually don't have gravy but dh made it, I wanted it..). Then I couldn't eat but a few bites of that coleslaw...I make really good coleslaw (made it with splenda instead of sugar)

Ooo. and the dog loves you, doesn't he? I fed them the scraps of the ham fat and they scarfed it down...But I guess the fat was too rich for them...they all barfed too. LOL. Can't win.

Good job! 4 miles...I'm jealous. I'll have trouble making the 5K tomorrow..I think my shoes don't fit right. I need a good pair of walking/jogging shoes..Maybe today.

Not bad at all...Great stuff for meals and not bad stuff for snacks. That one snack with the salad a second lunch? That's cool. I eat too many meals (Breakfast 1 and Breakfast 2...sort of like Dr Seuss books. LOL) and fewer snacks than I should.

Keep up the good work!
