Sorry I'm late. I was at support group last night and got home late. I had a pretty good day, just late. And support group was awesome.

List for the day:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, B-12 sublingual
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup applesauce (cinnamon, butter buds, splenda)
7:00 am sip of coffee to take vitamins, Biotin, Omega 3 Fish Oil, Calcium Citrate
7:05 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz Mozzarella Cheese Stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
10:20 am 1/2 serving (1/4 whole) Pizza Hut Meaty C'Zone (395 calories) Didn't eat but half the bread but counted all of it.
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
12:40 pm 1/2 serving (1/4 whole) Pizza Hut Meaty C'Zone
1:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Berry (Caffeinated)
2:30 pm 2 pc RS SF Easter Egg Candies (1/2 serving)
2:45 pm 1 medium grapefruit

3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry

5:30 pm 4 oz chicken breast on a bed of spinach and lettuce with Asian salad dressing. a couple of mandarin orange slices

6:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1594
Fat: 59.6
Carbs: 176.4
Protein: 123.3

Carbs were high. Protein too low for the carbs. I'll be off for the next three days. I'll keep track of what I eat but won't have the times. Big day Wednesday. We're having our Easter dinner that day (today).

How did you do on Tuesday? Be kind to yourself. If you've gotten off track or gained some weight...How sad is it to feel too ashamed to seek help and support? It happens way too often. Go to support group... It really does help.

Do you go to support group weekly? I used to go monthly but have not for awhile. I am trying to make it next wednesday. My friend and i always meet for dinner and then go to a Super wal-Mart or Winco afterwards. Funny what you look forward to for an evening out once your married with a kid! I love meatsauce over brocoli; I am too lazy to cook the spaghetti squash. I like it fresh but once i refidgerate and then heat up again it taste funny to me. They are expensive up here most of the year. If they are on sale I will buy the smallest one I can so I do not throw so much away.
B-Oatmeal w splenda and raisons
S-oatmeal and NSA fruit ****tail
L-chicken ceasar wrap with about half the wrap yorn off and a sf cookie
S-string cheese and RF wheat thins and half a real cookie
D-hamburger gravy ove low carb bread and NSA applesauce
S-berries and whip cream and chocolate angel food cake
Alot of food considering I did not run or zumba  but oh well; I was hungry all day and not head hunger. I think I need to have a boiled egg with my oatmeal. I got all my water and vitamins.

I actually go to two a month. Once was this Tuesday and the other is suppose to be Saturday this week too but instead of support, I"m going to do the MS Walk. I hate missing support group but this is more important.

If I can get those spaghetti squash to grow, I won't be paying high prices for it anymore...Maybe they'll make great houseplants..LOL.
