5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Tea
8:15 am 1 oz Mozzarella Stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat, 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
8:50 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:00 am medium pear
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
11:25 am 1 cup coleslaw, 4 oz roasted chicken breast, pack of wontons from the JIB Asian Chicken Salad yesterday
1:45 pm 1 carrot cake (SF) cupcake
2:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:45 pm 1 medium grapefruit
3:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
3:30 pm 2 pc Russell Stover SF Chocolate Easter Eggs (1/2 serving)
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated
6:00 pm 4 oz salmon fillet, 1/3 mashed potato, 1/2 cup broccoli from frozen

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1605
Fat: 57.0
Carbs: 163.2
Protein: 125.7

Now the carbs are pretty high but most of that is good carbs. Fruits..and oatmeal. The cupcake was only 8.6 grams...hmm.

How did you do? Keep after it. It's worth keeping on track. Find your path and stick to it.

Good evening, Dawn
I've been with the family this weekend for Easter so I haven't been online to be accountable. Saturday was my day 5 of the 5dpt and I didn't complete it successfully. Well I had a couple little slip up's. It's so hard to follow that plan on Saturday because we had out of town guest and we were out and about all weekend. I was so mad at myself for giving in to temptation.

The good news is that I did day 5 on Monday to make up for Saturday and then weighed this morning. I am at my lowest weight EVER and I really do feel a full feeling that I haven't felt in a long time!

Anyway Here's Monday's Menu...

Breakfast: 
2 oz Tyson steak strips
1 scrambled egg w/ cheese

Snack: 
Boiled egg

Lunch: 
2 oz Tyson Chicken breast strips
1 scrambled egg

Snack:
Protein shake

Dinner: 
2 Big slices of Ham
1 oz of Tyson chicken breast strips

Snack: 
SF Pudding

That is absolutely awesome! So the 5dpt works...cool. Even though I didn't do what everyone else does for the 5dpt (dh rebelled against me drinking clear liquids for meals...he's afraid I'll wither away to nothing) I felt like I could feel full again after the (sort of) reset of drinking my protein..

Good job! I hope you had a good time with the family over Easter. That's what it's all about...

I am not sure I remeber what I ate yesterday! This week is going by fast; tomorrow is hump day!
B-Starbucks low fat turkey bacon sandwich
S-SF cookie
L-brocoli w meat sauce and parmeson, easter ham and a few bites of green bean casserole
S-cottage cheese and fruit
S cashews
D-teriyaki chicken and salad
S-skinny cow
I ran three miles before work at the Y and got most of my vitamins and such and I did get all my water. It helps when I get 24 0z in before 0800!

Now that's a great idea! Meat sauce over broccoli...Truthfully? I have been buying spaghetti squash and it's expensive...I've attempted to grow some but the stupid little dogs won't leave the planting bed (flower pot) alone. I'll be trying to grow it in the house. LOL.

I know. I wondered late last night if I shouldn't post Tuesday accountability at least before midnight but I was just too tired...LOL. Of course, I was up early Wednesday to bake cupcakes and make breakfast...I need to get my head straight, I guess.
