I messed up today. Because I was hoping to make a ham dinner..made the coleslaw, sugar free carrot cake cupcakes(with creamcheese frosting!) ...but no one came to dinner so I didn't make dinner. Anyway, I was mad. So when we went to second breakfast we went to a buffet and I lost track of what I ate. AND I had a waffle/applesauce and butter. No syrup but still had the waffle. I was okay, didn't get sick.

So here's what I remember eating:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce, coffee

2B: Maybe 3 scrambled eggs, 4" waffle, 2 tsp butter, 1/4 cup apple sauce, a hashed brown patty. maybe more but I really can't remember. I think some super thin slices of bacon.

D: Jack in a Box Asian Grilled Chicken Salad (sans the almonds and wonton crisps but counting them)

Snacks: 1 serving of sugar free russell stover easter egs (4pc) and 1 Russell Stover SF Coconut Egg

I'm going to have something more but probably jus****er. Im really really thirsty. Tomorrow is Monday and I have a chance to start over. I need to have it settled by Wednesday because that's when I'm taking the day off to spend with my teenage son...Shopping, going to the movies, lunch and probably breakfast too..

It was just my DH and DD for Easter. We usually have his family over but they were all in a fuss and I did not wany any part of it at my house. It was actually kind of peaceful. We actually had dinner while watching Space Buddies".
B-Scrambled eggs w cheese and bacon
S-baked tostitos w 2% cheese and salsa
D-ham. mashed potatoes ans cauliflower, green bean casserole
S-key lime pie-old WW recipe
!/4boiling water to 1 small package lime sf jello, mix until dissolved. add 2 containers lite key lime yogurt( I use Kroger brand w/splenda, mix all together then stir in one small tub cool whip free or SF or regular, pour into a reduced fat graham cracker crust or desert dishes and refridgerate until firm.
S-turley,lite swiss and low carb wheat wrap,banana
I may have missed something but that is close. I am not sure I got all my water, I think I got my vitamons and calciuma nd such. Lazy day; church, made dinner watched movie then went for a little ride after filling up the car. I ran 5 miles the day before( with a few walking breaks) with my running club. I was not ready for that distance! They have been meeting every week but since I work so much I have not been for awhile and have only been running 2 miles twice a week. I am still tireed and a little sore.

I usually like a nice quiet Sunday afternoon but I wasn't expecting it...Like at Christmas...same thing then.

Close counts..No need to get obsessive about it. I don't count the butter buds or splenda I put on my oatmeal so it's all good.

Ooo. I love the recipe for the key lime pie. That looks awesome. I bet you could do the same with lemon too...my mom made an awesome lemon merang pie...I need to work on a sugar free substitute for it.

On Saturday I'll be walking 5 K..in the MS Walk locally..I'm ready. I walk alot but that 5K thing usually kills me. LOL.

Keep up the good work. Soon enough that 2 times a week won't make you sore and you'll have to increase it.
