I wanted to see how close to fasting I could get today and so from sunrise to sunset, I mostly drank instead of ate. I didn't limit my caloric intake at all. As a matter of fact, I think I was about what I did yesterday in that area. But it made me feel good about fasting. If I want to, I think I can.

List for the day:

4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:00 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup plain soy milk
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
8:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
10:00 am 11.5 iced canned ice coffee w/protein powder added and ice and water...probably 24 oz total
10:45 am 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 3 grapes, 1 oz mashed melon
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
12:45 pm 4 oz Dannon Yogurt, 1/4 cup TVP fine granules
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
3:00 pm SF Chocolate Pudding cup (1/2 cup)
3:40 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade

Up to this point, I had 1149 calories and 117 grams of protein. 

7:15 pm  1/2 a Pizza Hut C'Zone...390 calories and 19 grams of protein.

So my totals, although I don't have carbs or fat are

Calories: 1539
Protein: 136

The reason I can't figure fat or carbs is because I didn't eat all the bread on the C'Zone. I knew I wouldn't be able to. I did put a big fat dent in it but can't count all of it but did include all the protein (meat and cheese)

I'm having my 8th bottle of water today as I type so I know I got enough water..

How did you do today? Did you do what you planned? Did you plan what you did? 

 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Hey Dawn, you did good. You have always been able to drink a lot of fluids. I stink in that area. Since doing the 5dpt, i've been doing great with my fluids. Hopefully I can keep it up tomorrow.
I did good yesterday for my day 4. Today is gonna be hard because it's Saturday. All I can do is try.

Here's Friday, Day 4...

Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled w/ 1/4 cup of ground beef, peppers and onions

Snack:
EAS protein shake

Lunch:
3 oz ground turkey pattie
Few grilled shimp

Snack: 
SF Jello cup X2

Dinner: 
3 oz ground beef pattie
Few grilled shimp

Snack: 
Protein hot chocolate
SF Pudding

Snack: (I couldn't sleep and wanted to snack)
Boiled egg
