Well, today I'm gonna get off my Keaster (family joke) and get on that wii...First yoga...Then, we'll see.

List for the day:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA swiss miss (1 sublingual B-12)
6:00 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (1 calcium citrate, 1 biotin, 1 omega 3 fish oil)  
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/Splenda Caramel
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
8:30 am 1 oz Mozzarella Cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat (2 calcium carbonates)
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
9:45 am 10 oz Coffee w/Splenda Caramel
10:40 am 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce chopped, 1 small tomato, 1 tablespoon cilantro, 1 oz Zesty Italian Light
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Blueberry
1:20 pm 1 large grapefruit, 2 oz Lowrey's Beef Jerky (3 chewable multi vitamins-childrens)
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine (Caffienated)
3:45 pm 8 whole grain crackers, 1 T reduced fat peanut butter
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Cherry Pomegranate

6:15 pm 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 1 oz Raspberry Vinegrete

Fat: 51.4
Carbs: 138.4
Protein: 150.3

Carbs are lower than protin, approaching 10%...I think those numbers are good. AND I got enough water too. I'll be getting some more water after my workout (10 minutes of yoga...not much of a work out but it's a start.)

Good evening, Dawn. Today was day 1 of the 5 day pouch test/diet. It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it was. I actually stayed pretty full from all the liquids.

Here's my list for Day 1...

How cool! I'm thinking of doing a fast for Thursday for religious reasons and think I may just do this myself. This is far better than I do when I'm upset and can't eat. I just drink water and coffee and nothing else.
