Accountability - Saturday - alittle late
Sorry about that. I went out to dinner last night and had a margarita...It felt so nice to be so relaxed...I went to bed and slept very very well...
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce (nsa) and coffee
2B: 3 egg omelet (ate most of it) and some grits (about 2/3 cup) and a slice of wheat toast
L: 3 oz chicken breast, 1 oz sweet relish, 1 oz italian vinegrete and 18 low cal whole grain crackers
D: 1 fish ta****oleslaw, small tortilla and a fried fish fillet) and a margarita.
Had I not had the margarita, the calories would have been 1500 and protein 114..And that fish taco filled me up completely. I ordered two of them but couldn't even touch the second one. I think next time, only one, maybe even ala carte.
