Weekend's over..Back to work tomorrow. Blah. Hard to get excited about work, I guess.

List for the day:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce, coffee

2B: omelet with chili and cheese

L: left over fish taco (actually thi**** me hard..no more fish tacos!)

D: 4 oz porterhouse steak, 1/3 cup canned italian green beans and 1/4 mashed potato

I'm tired but I didn't do much this weekend..Just shopping. I hit the SF section of Winco's bins and so I have plenty to snack on for Easter.

Hey Dawn. I had a busy weekend so I didn't get online but I'm here to admit my horrible eating day on Saturday but Sunday was good! I had visitors Satuday and they wanted to tour downtown charleston so that's what I did all day and ate out all day including snacks! The good thing is that we walked for hours!

Here it goes....

Breakfast: 
1regular size pancake w/ SF syrup
2 eggs scrambled w/ cheese, onions and peppers
3 strips of bacon

Snack: (at a candy store)
Handful of white chocolate covered popcorn
Small handful of spicy cashews

Lunch: 
1 cup of Clam chowder
Garden salad w/ lite italian dressing
1/2 a whole wheat roll

Snack: (at the farmers market)
About 1/2 cup of boiled peanuts
Mini mango .. never had one of these. it was soooo sweet!! 
1 Big strawberry

Dinner:
Baked flounder
1/2 a baked sweet potato
Steamed broccoli, carrots and califlower mix

Snack: 
2 Cups of NSA chocolate coffee

Snack: 
Mini mango
1 chocolate covered strawberry


SUNDAY:

Breakfast:
Protein shake

Snack: 
Boiled egg

Lunch: 
Tuna salad made with FF mayo on 2 slices of lite wheat toast
2 strawberries

Snack: 
Mini mango
3 big strawberries

Dinner: 
Smart Ones frozen dinner

Snack: 
WW Yogart
2 strawberries

You're right...Sunday was better. Still not bad with the flounder and sweetpotato. I had that same meal pretty much Monday night. Tilapia and sweetpotato..LOL. We're on the same wavelength again!
