Carbs: 163.8
Protein: 152.2

Why is it that I always think I could do better? The carbs are higher than I think they should be. But, at least I didn't have the margarita I was thinking about at about 4 pm today...ah well, tomorrow is another day.

How did you do today?

We're doing something a bit different on Saturday. We're driving down to the valley to adopt two new hermit crabs. We're probably the only adopter left in this area. We have a heart for these little creatures. They can live to 45 years and are unable to breed in captivity (so far). We have about 30-50 of them in two large tanks and several species...but that's an OT post for another time. LOL. The 85 gallon tank in my avi is one of our tanks we aren't using right now but we have more.

Your list is great. Your numbers are great! Have a nice relaxing weekend! See ya.

TGIF!!! I have to work this weekend as House Supervisor 12 hour shifts-yuck! I am so tired of working nearly every day but am grateful to have the opportunity at the same time. It is only until the end of June or maybe sooner if DH finds a job.
0930-scrambled eggs w cheese, bacon and a light english muffin
1230-chicken ceasar salad( lunch came with the tour for only $8)
1500-sf scone-blackberry
1730- 1 crab cake steamed veggies and a yeast roll with butter( shared with DH)
2030-strawberries with cool whip
We went to seattle for the day; took the underground city tour and then walked to Pikes Place Market. Stopped on the way home for dinner. Ate out twice in 1 day and beside that darn roll I did okay. Hope everyone has a nice weekend!

Hey, sometimes those rolls just have a voice and mind of their own. After eating bread for 50 some odd years, it's hard to say no to them once in a while. Now if I can't stop with bread, I have to just say no and stick with that but I'm okay with bread for the most part...I did say no to the rolls at the casino buffet last night but did feel a small tinge of jealousy when dh had a roll.

I'm sure sorry to hear your dh isn't working. It's tough. my dh retired years ago and just started collecting social security two years ago. Before that, things were really really tough for us. Here's to wishing he finds something really really good and takes you off 7days...

Keep up the good work. Have a great weekend!
