Yeah, the one cousin I really want to get into contact with, I haven't heard from or seen since 1981. She was suppose to be my maid of honor and was talked out of it by stupid family prejudices (regarding, of all things, broken homes and such) and now she's dealing with (I heard over the sunner) an abusive ex-husband and all sorts of step-parent issues...All of which, I'm very familiar with. I think I could help some...

Your list is always good. Such an inspiration. It always gives me something to look around for when I'm shopping for stuff to eat. I've been distracted recently because of sugar free Easter treats but I so want to look for bryers light again. I think I may even have room in the freezer.

Have a great weekend.

It must have been a spaghetti week! We had spaghetti (squash) this week and I'm having it for leftovers for lunch on Friday (already in the cooler and ready to go!)

Good list...GO GET THAT B-12! serious stuff. I saw a post on the RNY main board about a lady 14 or 15 years out having issues with vitamin deficiencies...scary stuff.
AND an hour of zumba..You did really good.

Keep up the good work. Maybe some of that will rub off on me!? See ya.

Very good! I still have problems with portion control. I look at something and even measure it out and still have problems eating it. It's a long process to eat most stuff. I measured out a cup of spaghetti squash and a cup of sauce (which is mostly lean beef) and I know it will take two sittings to eat all that.

Good list! I bet the protein is pretty high! Keep up the good work. See ya.
