10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
10:50 am 4 oz Tillapia, 1 cup lettuce, 1 small tomato, 1 oz Zesty Light Italian Dressing
11:25 am 12 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
12:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Mixed Berry
1:10 pm 18 whole grain crackers and 1.5 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Mixed Berry
2:15 pm 11.5 oz Iced Coffee, Cappuccino (the caffeine really got me on this one...that or the sugar LOL)
3:30 pm hardboiled egg, .5 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry

6:00 pm 4 oz grilled chicken breast and 1/3 cup mashed potatoes

I need one more bottle of water to meet my goal..

All in all, not a bad day. I'm down the 3 that I gained last week on the cruise too. I think it has to be all the water cuz that's the only difference.

Hello Dawn. I agree, this week is going very slow! I got super dehydrated today and it made me super dizzy! I really need to work on drinking more fluids. I hate to drink now. I'm ashamed to say the amount of liquids I drink in a day... it's pathetic! 

Today's Menu:

B: 1 slice of light wheat toast, 1 boiled egg & 3 strips of turkey bacon

S: Smalll pack of peanuts

L: Smart One's frozen dinner

S: Protein shake

D: Smart One's frozen dinner

S: Protein shake

It's not easy getting enough water in...It takes alot of work and planning for me. That's why when it's the weekend or I'm on vacation, I find it so hard..Heck, I even leave my water bottle at places like the grocery store or a restaurant just because I'm not thinking about it enough.

Your numbers are awesome. Keep working on the water and it will come around.

Hi, I've missed you all for a while!
B) Turkey BLT
S) SF jello, 1 cheese stick
L) 3 wing sections, 3 fried shrimp, 2 chicken fingers
D) 3oz hamburger steak with gravy, 1 tablespoon rice, 1 bite slaw, 1 bite maccoroni salad, 1 tablespoon boiled squash and onions, 1/4 cup yams.  Too much, I was miserable for an hour or 2.

S) SF pudding cup
S) 1/2 corn chips

The usual vitamins and supplements, plenty of fluids, Benefiber.
I'm maintaining my weight with no problems.

I missed everyone too. I felt lost with all that food and no accountability on the cruise...I had to watch myself and know that I wasn't going to tell anyone what I was eating. That's big for me. When I look at donuts, I think "How will THAT look on my accountability list?" LOL. Keeps me motivated at least.

You did pretty good...Dinner pushed it a bit. I know how that feels..The dense protein doesn't wanna move and all the yummy extras just sit on top..I'm getting that way with chicken lately. Last night that chicken was harsh. I ate about 2 ounces and then had to wait and push the plate away...Couldn't even have a bite of the mashed..Then in about 10 minutes I was ready, took a bite of mashed and then more chicken bites. It's a symphony, that's for sure.
