Accountability - Monday
Monday hasn't changed any...This monday I had to make my OWN dinner...What a crime that is! dh is sick with a stomach bug so I actually cooked/broiled a T-Bone steak when I got home. Granted I had to look up the cooking times in my home-ec cookbook. LOL. But it turned out just fine. Our son even liked it. Will wonders never cease?

6:30 am 0atmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry lemonade
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tide Me Over Tropical
10:30 am 4 oz Chicken Breast Meat, 1 cup lettuce, 2/3 roma tomato, 1 oz Light Italian Dressing
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tide Me Over Tropical
11:30 am 11.5 oz Canned Iced Coffee Drink, Cappuccino
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
1:45 pm 1 medium orange
2:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Turbo 2 Go Orange
3:45 pm 1 hardboiled egg, 1 medium pear
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Cherry Pomegranate
6:30 pm 4 oz broiled T-Bone Steak and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes from flakes

not bad as numbers go...I got all my water in and may even get some more in. Hubby had some questionable mayo on his burger at lunch. It's nothing serious...Seriously, I need to clean out that fridge. Someone must have left the mayo out too long..

Good evening, Dawn. T-Bone sounds soo yummy! My favorite cut of steak. I can cook it but it taste so much better when someone cooks it for me.

I actually was able to eat sausage while on the cruise and it was good...I bet turkey sausage is really good.
