Sigh...back to work tomorrow...Not looking forward to that. 9 days of vacation time sure goes FAST!

List for the day:

B: 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 cup coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

2B: most of a 3 egg omelet with chili con carne with beans and cheese, 1 cup coffee w/splenda mocha and creamer

Snack: 1 peice Russell Stover Sugar Free Coconut Egg candy

Snack: 1 medium grapefruit, raw, peeled and 1 oz cheddar cheese

Snack: 1 cup coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

Dinner: 1 cup spaghetti squash, 4 oz extra lean ground beef, 2/3 cup diced canned tomatoes italian flavor

Dessert: not that I can think of but maybe another bottle of water.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1538
Fat: 73.7
Carbs: 127.1
Protein: 105.0

I drank 96 oz of water and 30 ounces of coffee with splenda/mocha and NSA Swiss Miss. I'm pleased with my numbers but the protein could be better. There's always tomorrow!

I'm so tired. I may end up going to bed at 7 pm...

Hey Dawn! ?Welcome back!!!  My dang computer got a virus this weekend so I haven't been online all weekend but I'm back! 

yesterday..

Breakfast: 
1 slice of lite wheat toast
2 slices of turkey bacon
1 boiled egg

Snack:
Orange

Lunch: 
Power crunch bar
Carb/sugar control yogart

Snack: 
Pure protein bar

Dinner: 
2 slices of dark meat turkey
1/4 cup of stove stop stuffing
Steamed asparagus

Snack: 
SF chocolate pudding cup
4 strawberries

Thank you so much for starting the accountability posts last week...We took the laptop with us but it was going to cost the same for an hour as half a month of on line at home ($24) and by the minute it was $0.75 so the laptop was just so much dead weight..

You did good. LOVE ASPARAGUS! That, broccoli and brussel sprouts are my FAVs! 

You did awesome, as always..

It's good to be home. I hope you got your computer fixed. I heard theres some April Fool's Virus gearing up for Wednesday. I'm running scans tonight just to make SURE I'm covered.
