Accountability - Saturday
Yup, I made it back. I ate what felt like 24/7 on the cruise. I fully expected to gain some weight cuz it would be impossible to eat that much good food and not gain weight but I did stay with stuff I should be eating and stayed away from processed carbs, pretty much...But - I did do some alcoholic beverages...And because I did not keep track of my last meals on the ship yesterday, I skipped yesterday too..Today however, I did keep track and kept on track with my water. Sheesh! Why is it so hard to keep up with the water when I'm out and about?
Today:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce and coffee
2B: coffee and a three egg omelet with ortega chilis and swiss cheese. Cottage cheese instead of hash browns, 1 slice of rye toast
L: actually, a snack: 1 hardboiled egg
D: 4.5 oz grilled chicken breast with a dab of mayo and a dab of barbeque sauce...On the side with bites dipped lightly
Snack: 1 medium raw orange.
4.5 containers of water. Over 100 ounces...not bad.

Calories: 1433
Fat: 54.3
Carbs: 115.4
Protein: 129.9
I gained over two pounds on the cruise. Now we'll see how quickly I can lose it again...Scared the heck out of me cuz I weighed at night and it showed over 4 pounds gained...That's my normal during the day gain, I usually lose 2 pounds over night...funny.
