Hi! nobody is playing along with me and being accountable but i'm here!
For some reason I haven't been interested in anything heavy to eat. I've been snacking on light things.


Akins Cafe latte shake
boiled egg
Pure protein bar
Apple
boiled egg
Pure protein bar
1.5 Cups of progresso light veggie soup
1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham rolled up

Hi Special Kay,
I haven't been too hungry for heavy meals either..which I consider a good thing since I work late afternoon til 1:30a.  I don't want to be lying down on all that heavy food.  Good to see you on the board.  Here's my menu for Thursday:

EM -  Dannon Yogurt Smoothie w/ whey protein
B -     Cottage Cheese w/ Peaches
L -     McDonald's Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad w/ dressing
D -     2 sl Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach Quiche
S -     8oz Vegetable Soup
S -     EAS Carb Control Protein Shake

Calories 1017   Fat 23.8g   Fiber 7.4g   Carbs 77.4g   Protein 115.8g

B) BLT with turkey bacon
S) Pastry (ARGHHHHHH), coffee
L) 2 oz turkey, 2 tablespoons green beans, 1 biscuit with blackberry jam
D) 3 oz popcorn shrimp,1/4 cup salad with 1000 island, 2 tablespoons baked potato, 1 yeast roll
S) 1 oz cheese stick, palm full of pecan halves
S) 2 20 cal SF popcicles

Usual vitamins, plenty of fluids, benefiber.
