Hello Ladies!!!! I'm back to be accountable. Come share your menu's.. the good, the bad and the ugly. I hope everyone had a good day. I sure do feel a heck of a lot better today than I did the past few days.


Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs

Snack: South Beach diet protein cereal bar

Lunch: 1/2 a grilled ham and cheese sammy & 1 Cup of lite veggie soup

Snack:  Lite bryers yogurt & 3 strawberries

Dinner:  Lean Cuisine frozen dinner

Snack: Protein shake
