I went for my 2 year check up last week.  I have gained back about 5 from my lowest, but I am exactly where I was this time last year.  I asked about a maintenence plan or diet that I could use to guide me.  She turned me on to this web site.

Note: It has meals planned out at different calorie levels.  I think the 1400 calorie plan would be great for me with just a little tweaking. For example, I would change the pasta to whole wheat and lose the potatoes entirely.  I know that others are always asking about meal plans.  You might want to check this out.

Hope  you like this, D

I would have to eat the 2000 calorie plan and, in looking at them, they may be a good place to start but don't really match my current diet.  The things I would change right away is the reliance on Margarine spreads, Low calories pancake syrup, etc.  I use real butter and maple syrup.

I think, as with any meal plan, they are inspirational but personal tastes will vary.
