Accountability Monday
Dawn is on a cruise so I'm standing in for her. Come be accountability with me!
I'm still fighting with this flu/cold I have so my eating is not normal but I'm drinking a lot of fluids.
B: Protein shake
S: Boiled egg
L: 1 Cup of progresso light chicken n veggie soup
S: Orange
D: Protein shake
S: Lite bryers yogurt
I am hungry but when I eat, It grosses me out! I cant wait til this passes....

S reduced suagr cupcake
L-tomato soup, lite english muffin, shaved turkey, lite swill
S strawberries and reduced sugar cupcake
S pepper [otato chips
D baked chicken, mash taters
S-strawberries, cool whip and angel food cake
all my water and vitamins forogt my calcium. Ran two miles and am ready for bed!

L) 1 chicken breast, 1 tablespoon boiled cabbage, 1 tablespoon mashed potatoes, 1 tablespoon green beans
S) Tuna salad
D) 2 chicken fingers, 1/2 cup salad, 1/4 baked potato
S) 3 mini chicken egg rolls
The usual vitamins, plenty of fluids, benefiber.
S) 1 oz cheddar, container light yogurt
