Tomorrow is the big day. I'll see you all on Friday! Four day cruise...I'm excited...

List for the day:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk

S: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 serving SF Smucker's Preserves

2B: 3 egg omelet with ortega chili's and cheese

L: 2 hardboiled egg salad on 10 mini slices of ****tail sour dough

D: 5 oz ham loaf, 1 cup salad greens, 2T low cal vinegrate, 1/3 cup scalloped potatoes

Dessert: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 2T SF Preserves.

Calories: 1541
Fat: 58.8
Carbs: 123.8
Protein: 134.3

I didn't get in my water at all. maybe half of it. 35% percent protein. Got to work on that.

So? How did you do? Keep accountable this week and think of me. I'm hoping this cruise will be awesome...can you tell I'm nervous?

Dawn, I know you will have agreat time, we did that itenerary Ocober of 2001. Time goes by fast! I survived working 12 hour shifts as house supervisor at our new hospital here; I am tired! I need to plan better for thi next time and avoid the cafeteria for two reasons; poor choices and the expense!

I am going to buckle down here M-W. I am leaving for Philadelphia for a nurses conference on Thursday and will not be home until late Monday night. I am strange; I usually eat pretty well on vacation so am not too worried about gainig and I will bring my gym stuff and hit the hotel gym. I do want a Philly steak sandwich.
