AWESOME! What a great way to start the weekend.

OOOoo. And look at those numbers. Nothing like having low numbers on the scale to encourage you. That's so cool...

Keep up the good work! Have a great weekend.

B) 1% chocolate milk
S) 1 slice cheese, a jelly pastry! OH NO!
L) Teriyaki chicken, hot and spicy chicken, 2 tablepsoon rice
S) Tuna salad sandwich, low cal, low carb bread
D) Late dinner...2 egg omelette with cheese and veggies
S) SF popcicle

I recently gained about 4 lbs, ( hard to say since it varies day to day) but these stayed steadily for a week, so I figure it was a real gain. I low carbed for 2-3 days, and lost them easily.
Thank goodness the surgery still works! I have no intention of waiting until it's 5-10-15 and more difficult.

Very good staying on top of it so you don't increase more than your "tolerance" level...4 pounds is a good level to kick it in the butt...My line-in-the-sand is 130 pounds. When I see that number, I'm cuting the carbs, upping the protein and drinking more water...

It just doesn't pay to let things get away from you..Keep up the good work...See ya.
