Accountability - Sunday!
I got over the hang over pretty quick...Drank 24 oz of water before breakfast. 12 more ounces just before the second breakfast, 24 oz while shopping and then 24 oz when I got home. I have another one to drink before bed but I think I'm good. All my vitamins today too.
List for the day:
B: 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1/2 cup apple sauce (unsweetened) and 1 cup soy milk.
2B: 2 eggs, fried. 1/2 cup corned beef hash...
L: Nothing...wasn't hungry. thirsty though...LOL.
Dinner: 1/6 of a casserole made of Pasilla chilis, queso cheese, Reconstituted TVP and diced canned tomatoes (whirred in the food processor). Also had a small piece of garlic toast and a salad with Raspberry vinagrete...Good stuff.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1401
Fat: 64.2
Carbs: 113.0
Protein: 107.8
Well, protein is low but it's 29% of the total intake..Carbs aren't bad. 30% of total..I did okay. If I average the two days (Saturday and Sunday) I had two fair days.
AND we saw the Space Station go overhead last night. What a thrill. Of course, it doesn't take much to entertain us. LOL.

Glad you are feeling better. Chewable calcium at Walmart? I will have to look. We do not live near one so it always has to be a special trip to go there. I had an all right day, but too many carbs. I have my lunch packed for tomorrow which does not include carbs! Hamburger patty and creamed spinach.

I mix up the calcium. I take a tablet of calcium citrate in the morning but also take two calcium carbonate (the chewables) during the day with snacks or meals. I use the sugar free store brand that Walmart carries. But I eat alot of cheese anyway. I figure with both calciums and the cheese that I eat, I'm getting about 250% of my calcium...something has to be absorbed. LOL. And my labs always come back high of normal.
Packing my lunch bag works excellent for me. I do that all the time for work but the weekends are tough..I can't even get in all my water if I don't really try hard on the weekends. I'm still a work in progress.
Your list looks awesome. You did really well. I'm going to have to try that Poke Cake...What flavor pudding to you fill the holes with?

I used strawberry banan jello for the holes on the cake and I used banana pudding added dry to the cool whip. I think I would skip the pudding mix next time but that is how my friend made it. Hers tatsted better than mine. She used lime jello for hers and dream whip with lemon pudding for her frosting. Mine did not taste as good and I did not dissolve the jello as good as I should have. My friend was going to try cherry jello and chocolate pudding next time; not sure I would like that.

Oh! Strawberry sounds alot better than cherry...So I'm thinking strawberry with chocolate cake..for Valentines day. Then Lime jello with white cake for St Patrick's Day...I even got green frosting (not low sugar) from the clearance for Christmas. LOL. I'm such a geek.

S: 5 big Strawberries sprinkled w/ splenda
L: 1/2 a cup of Tuna salad made with FF mayo on Lettuce w/ lots of raw veggies
S: Boiled egg then handful of M&M's later.
D: 1 big slice of thin crust cheese plzza & Garden salad
S: 1/2 Cup of NSA vanilla ice cream & 3 big strawberries

Oooo..M&M's...I've been thinking to write to Mars and tell them they're missing the boat on the Sugar Free Wave and need to produce some sugar free M&Ms...Sugar Free is the wave of the future, BABY! I shopped for sugar free stuff for my own easter basket and Russell Stovers has the market pretty much cornered...Not bad but Mars is still the best (asside from Hershey's of course.)
