You know it's not a good day when your car comes home on a trailer. I guess the intake manifold on my car is not aluminum...It's plastic and it cracked..So we're (meaning dh) looking for a new manifold and I'm not driving my convertible for a while...

List for the day: 

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce
7:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 slice turkey breast meat,
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
9:30 am 1 cup grapes
10:15 am 2 oz Lowery Beef Jerky
10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit
12:15 pm 1 medium chicken breast, grilled, mayo, 1 slice pineapple, 2 leaves lettuce, part of a bun (probably 1/2 slice of bread)
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
2:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
3:00 pm 4 oz Dannon Yogurt Strawberry, 1 extra Calcium Citrate + D...for my stinkin cramps!
3:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated
6:30 pm 1/2 quesadilla and 1/8 cup refried beans and cheese

I didn't do too bad...Didn't have a great day but ... tomorrow is another day.

Well, we had the same idea on the beef jerky snack. Seems like we think ALOT alike most days.

Of course, I pig out more but I know that if I need to lose a pound, I drop my calories and up my water and down it goes. I wonder how much longer that will work for me?
